...of damage am I doing to my body? So I've been keeping count of my Adderall use recently and on average I take about 15 pills per day (20mg each). So for the past few weeks, almost every day I take between 260mg-340mg of Adderall total. I don't see myself being to stop for while, until my workload dies down.

I'm 23 years old, 6' tall, and 145lbs. I still eat pretty much the same but I've been drinking more and had some constipation and pain in my testicles. I was just wondering what kind of damage I'm doing to my body and how serious it is...

I am recovering from a Vicodin / Oxycodone addiction and believe me it is the hardest thing I have ever had to go through and I have been through a lot.
Please do yourself a favor and stop. I don't know how long you have been taking this massive dose. You may have to wean off of them but, please do so. You are most likely already addicted and are eventually going to need to take more and more. You are risking liver or kidney damage or failure. Do you want to have to go on Dialasis for the rest of your life because you have damaged your kidneys?

If you need to take that much Adderall to keep up with your "workload" then you need a new job....

So to answer your question, you are doing LOTS of damage to your body and it's very serious.

if you have pain right now you should probably try to cut back as much as you can. maybe a doctor could give you something less harmful?

I was under the impression that Adderall is prescribed for ADD and/or depression and in that case isn't it supposed to be given at a certain dosage?

Any excess medication anyone takes DOES do damage to the body and the organ that's most affected is the liver. So I reckon you are dicing with your life.

Instead of asking here I reckon the best thing you could do is see your doctor and get on the right track ASAP.
