If you need to get the morning after pill, do they need any of your information?

If you need to get Plan B from a pharmacy, like at Wal-Mart or HEB or Walgreens, do they need any of your information?? Or can you just pay for it and go?? Like, do they put your name and address and all that extra information on their computer database??

And I'm over the age of 18, so I do not need a prescription to get Plan B.
