ive been taking valium for 9 years now because of the side effects of...

...ssri's.how to i get off them without med i still panic at the slightest noise, dont like being left alone,scared to go to sleep. im tired of valium but when i try to stop taking them i get sick and my muscles draw up. been on lexapro,paxil,effexor,zoloft you name it. the side effects are aweful. any suggestions?
