I know on the website it says shipments take from 5-21 days, but I'm on day 14 since I ordered on a Friday. I was just wondering if this is common, since I paid $30 for some pills that I need fast, I'm just anxious and impatient. It also says that 10 days is their average shipping time is 10 days.

UPDATE: They fixed the phone problem quickly but the gentleman I spoke to in Australia said that he didn't want to redo the order until they figured out why the shipping charges were added. He is going to have Bernadette call me in about 8 hours of the following day. I have to assume that because this is a low-cost company in a foreign country with an office/pharm in India also, that they may just have glitches and problems like this because of the low-cost operation...? Otherwise the customer service seems to be great.
Use extreme CAUTION with this company. I haven't even completed my order and I'm already very suspicious. I used their LPG (Low Price Guarantee) request and received a nice reply stating that I had been given the lower compared price (4rx.com had much lower prices) I requested. But the order had magically appeared with SHIPPING CHARGES even though it clearly states on their site "Worldwide Free Shipping" and there was also NO shipping charges when I sent them the LPG request. Also, my voucher for 10% off ALSO disappeared and there was no info about that either. I am currently waiting for an email reply from them and seriously doubt I will do business with them but I want to see what their reply is.
I also tried their 866 toll free # and it GOES TO A VOICEMAIL SYSTEM stating "please enter your number" or something!!!

ordered a certain amount for my thyroid....instead of sending an email saying taht they no longer had the right pill in stock, mind you the site never said anything about out of stock, they just sent me the nearest dosage. when i tried to contact them i got hung up on 3 times. If you like to get the right meds dont go here.

PS This stuff they sent me looks like nothing i have ever taken in my life!!!

I have used BM Pharmacy for awhile, and although the products seem legit, I'm quite upset that they sell your email address to other companies - and you end up with alot of spam emails.

I created 2 new email accounts to verify this. One I did nothing with, the 2nd I changed to my main email address on BM Pharmacy.

Within 2 weeks the one that I had assigned to BM Pharmacy begun to get spam emails daily, whereas the one I did nothing with did not recieve spam.

I have sent a complaint to them, but have not recieved any response....

UK Order arrived in 10days. Ocassional spam but just delete as you would with normal spam. Tried the Sildenafil 50mg tablets(Generic Viagra). Thought be safe to half the dosage to try for the first time. Worked all night long! Excellent stuff and only used half the tablet too. Will definately buy from them again.

My package arrived less than 2 weeks after I sent in my order, with the pills in clearly labeled blister packs. I was pleased that it arrived in a timely manner and the price was so low, as well as the fact that I didn't get any weird charges on my credit card. But while it appeared legit enough, I don't think the drugs are genuine. I'm not feeling as well as I was on the medication I got from my local pharmacy. My symptoms have returned. I'm disappointed.

I bought from BM Pharmacy several times. The drugs I bought were very effective so I cannot say they were fake. I found them more effective than the ones I used to buy from my local pharmacy. The price is very cheap. The delivery was fairly fast. Nonetheless I wonder how these drugs are made, if there is somebody responsible for their pharmaceutical and hygienic standards. I think anyway I will buy again from BM pharmacy because I cannot afford buying "regular" drugs from my local pharmacy.

i sent an email inquiring about the availability of modafinil.i was waiting for an answer before i ordered pioglitazone and a special on escitalopram so if they had it i could order all at once.after over a week with no answer i decided to order anyway only to find that the special had been dropped even though it wasn't supposed to end next february.i then sent another email which they didn't answer either.i would like to order but i have learned one thing,if a company doesn't have the decency to answer an inquiry they are only after a quick buck and are not interested customer service.I can't really rate them on delivery etc. so i'll just put threes in.

Thanks for your comments. Please do post back when you hear back from Unicure. Its important that the business receives as many objective, unbiased, 3rd party reviews.

Generics can and do differ from the brand medications. This can be a difference of color, shape and/or taste. Eg.Pfizer has a trademark on the diamond blue shape pill. You cannot legally produce generic viagra which looks exactly the same as the branded pill. Our generic viagra pills are not the blue diamond shape. While we make take advantage of sourcing medications from countries which may not recognise geographic patents, we do try remain ethical in terms of trademarks and other infringements.

Obviously companies cannot trademark a color, but you might often find the colour of a generic pill is different to the brand.

Regarding the taste, thats mostly a result of the "fillers" which are added to the pills to give them size and shape. The actual chemical is only a small portion of the pill size. The rest of the pill "bulk" is made up of these other fillers. (Even your daily vitamin C tablet has these fillers).

So while a brand medication may have a certain taste (raw chemical), we often have an opportunity in the generic to "mask" this taste. It may cost more, so there may be a cost saving for the brand not to do it. If the taste is not as strong, it is not because the chemical is not found in the same dosage, it is merely due to the fact that the taste is being masked.

We use the same method to produce (eg) mint flavoured viagra. We also produce viagra "soft tabs" (chewable). This is all just a play with the fillers. The base chemical/drug remains the same. Generics can simply enhance the experience for the consumer.

Sent out fake medication. Isotretinoin does not come in "sunset yellow" tablets. When inquiring about the pills, they stated they were made from Unicure. Unicure's website does not list this medicine as being manufactured by them. I've sent them an email asking if they do indeed manufacture it, however, they list over 100 medicines on their website, so I'm sure I'll get a "no" response. Look elsewhere when purchasing this drug.

I have both propecia and the generic finasteride i ordered sitting in front of me. I can tell you the finasteride does have the bleach taste that BM says makes it authentic. However, the propecia unfortunately does not have a taste nearly as strong as this. It actually is sweet and then turns a little sour after a while. Makes me wonder what I have been ingesting this whole time?

I have ordered a 3 month supply of finasteride-1mg twice now and each time I have received the order within 10 days. Each time I received 4 update emails. One saying the order was placed, one saying the order was processing, one was a reminder about what the charge would show on my CC statement, and finally one saying the order had shipped. The first time I tried to pay with a MC, but after trying to submit, got the message that they only accept VISA. I have not had any issues with unauthorized charges though. On my second order, I did notice on the homescreen that they do say that they only accept VISA and check. The pills arrived in blister packs of 10 each in a plain white envelope. I also saved 10% on my 2nd order with loyalty rewards. Will order from again.

I have ordered small batches 3 times from here. The first orders took 20 or more days to ship. This 3rd order I received in 4 days!!!!! 4 days, normally I would be impressed but that makes me think that this site is not legit. How can it afford to ship from India to New York in 4 days (over the weekend) for free while already charging very little for the medication. If its to good to be true, it probably is and I am beginning to think that these pills are full of shit.

Within 8 days I received the generic medication in a decently packed and sealed envelop, respecting privacy. Not too bad given the distance between my city and the Seychelles islands in the Indian Ocean (city=Victoria). Filling in the order on their internet page was a bit cumbersome, partly because they only report that they do not accept mastercard (fraud)after you filled in the numbers. I think they should just post it on their website. So far, I received three emails only, one confirming my order and the amount that would be deduced from my account, one explaining that the next email would confirm the actual shipping date, one mail confirming that the medicines are shipped. Less than a week after the last email the stuff arrived. Of course I still have to see whether the generic drug functions as well as the genuine one. The price difference (179 Euro viz. 28 Euro) is worth the experiment. If the quality is o.k., payment proved to be safe and no email spam emerges, I will continue to make use of their services. So far so good

SUCCESS!! I received my order today. Officially it has been 24 days since my order (16 business days). I was convinced that they were not going to come, but I was proven wrong. The meds came in a 5" x 7" white envelope that was completely unmarked...no return address. All meds came in blister packs. Seems very neat and clean. I have had no problem with spam or additional charges. The wait was grueling, only because I wasn't sure whether or not they'd actually come. I won't be worried next time. I now have complete confidence in this site, and they have the best price. Great combination!!

I ordered 2 items for shipment to an east coast adress, expecting about 21 days wait. I received a package in about 14 days but it only contained one of the items. I e-mailed customer service immediately, and received a reply in less than 2 hours, saying they had shipped 2 seperate packages and I would soon receive the second one. It arrived the next day.
( I only wish they had indicated it was a split shipment the first time, but overall I am very satisfied)

Hi,

Ok, heres a confession. I have never ordered from BMPharmacy. I have never ordered from ANY pharmacy. I would like to ! Which is why I am researching pharmacies and in particular BMPharmacy which seems to offer the best bet, best prices and seems to have the best feedback (everything considered).

So why am I posting. Well as I've NEVER ordered from this pharmacy or any other, why is it that I too receive dozens of spam emails a day regarding ED drugs, penis size and all the other usual suspects. I really dont think the 2 are related (as evidenced in my case). Spam is an evil of the internet, which you WILL receive. And the best bit is that it gets worse everyday! Regardless of whether you have ordered from these guys or not. I suggest changing your ISP to someone who filters the spam appropriately.

To me they look like the real deal, and I am going to trial an order with them. Im merely posting here as I reckon (as per our constitution) its innocence until proven guilty. The evidence in my case clearly points to absolutely no involvement in the spam I receive, which indeed (to me) shows resasonable doubt. All I wanted to say is : Get real, spam is everywhere. How can you be 100% sure.

I'll order, and indeed if anything seems below board, I will be the first to post back. Until then though I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and remain realistic about spam and its origins.

Ordered generic provigil and it was by far the best price I found. I read these reviews AFTER I had ordered and so I prepared to be deluged by spam and random pron charges on my CC but luckily none of this happened. The med is for my wife and she confirmed that the effect is identical to US branded provigil. Got 200 pills for same price as 20 pills at the corner pharmacy! Arrived in nondescript envelope from Seychelles (India?) in 18 days well within their 5-21 day gaurantee. Overall I am very happy and will order again.

Ordered 2/13, was told it would ship 2/14. Recieved today 2/25 most of my order. The split one of the full quantities of my pills in half, and shipped the other half on 2/17, so expect it any day now.

So, from time or order to delievery on 1st half was 12 days.

I'm still waiting for another order I ordered form another pharmacy which was ordered before this one and it has not come yet.

I have been using BM Pharmacy for a couple of years now, when I first started using them they used the name "Budget Meds". So far I haven't had any major problems. My biggest gripe would have to be the amount of time it takes for the shipments to arrive from the Seychelles, two, the selling of my email address, and three, the occasional sales phone call, usually they call you and hang up, hoping you will call them back. I have had an instance when I did not receive my order, I contacted customer service and the problem was corrected a quickly as possible, considering the distance it was shipped from. I like the fact they have begun issusing "loyalty rewards", just wish we could speed up the free shipping :)

All seemed well during the ordering process. Good feedback to customer. Delivery was well within stated time as well.

Package duly arrived in plain brown envelope. On opening package however, horrified to find the blister packs wrapped in the local Indian newspapaper as packaging. Not impressed, were these tablets made in some backstreet shop? Are the safe or indeed fake?

I am certainly not inclined to use them and have wasted my money. Under the cicumstances I cannot rate them as I cannot trust the product. What sort of company allows products to be dispatched in this shoddy fashion. Quality control must be non existent?

Thanks for the continued reviews. I was looking at the reviews and ratings of all the pharmas on this site and you'll see how many more (mostly positive) reviews we receive. Thats very comforting, to see how many more customers are visiting our store compared with others. Must be a reason :-)

Just wanted to comment on the few short periods of downtime over the last week:

The homepage did have a message regarding the downtime as we upgraded the server with the latest software and security updates. Part of these updates included being certified by McAfee as PCI compliant. PCI compliance is the industry standard to which banks and other financial institutions have to comply to demonstrate maximum security for customers data.

Basically the certification and auditing done by McAfee means we are approved by all the credit card companies as having safe and secure data (including emails). This should go a long way in assuring everyone that the information held with us is as safe as your information held within your online banking institution.

I ordered from them 2/11 and of course paid immediately. On 2/12 or so, there site was down so was starting to freak out, but they are back up now. On 2/13, I got an email that said my order would ship in 2 parts, one on 2/14, and one on 2/17. I got an email on 2/14 that they shipped the part on 2/14. Of course it is not here yet. I am crossing my fingers that most of the good feedback here is true. Their prices simply cannot be beat. Everything seemed to go so smoothly. I cannot really comment on customer service yet, as I have not tried to comment them, but they do email you at every step of the way. I also cannot comment on delivery time, until and if I get my order. Will update when the order comes....Uh oh, spoke too soon, their site is down again.

Quick update on the review i wrote on the 27th of jan. Im a brand new customer to BM was delighted with every aspect of their service (i even made a point of pointing out that i had not recieved any spam from this site) unfortunately that has all changed. I have been bombarded with emails now since the 28th of jan most worryingly is the fact that most of the emails are from websites offering different types of drugs and most are riddled with spelling mistakes (a sure sign of dodgy sites) and obviously connected in some way to BM pharmacy.

I contacted customer service and was told in no uncertain terms that these emails were in no way BMs fault and they hadnt a clue why i was now been bombarded with them. They are obviously liars but if they lie about something like this what else do they lie about? Obviously now im concerned the drugs i ordered now are not real.

If the drugs BM pharmacy are selling are actually real then it is such a shame because without the spam you are then bombarded with, they could actually be the cheapest and probably the best online pharmacy available today because in my opinion (and experience)everything else about them is first class.

Ordered propecia from this website i am just starting to lose my hair and have never bought drugs from an online pharmacy. Could not BELIEVE the amount of websites that just seemed dodgy (so many with spelling misakes etc) guuess i was naive to think you could just click on any website and buy the drugs you want.

Anyway after a lot of research i decided to go with BM and along with live chat, price, speed of delivery etc i couldnt be happier. I live in ireland and from the date i made my order to today it took a total of eight days to receve what i ordered. They were in constant contact with me right until my order was shipped then i expected to have to wait up to 21 days for delivery.

I just hope because im a new customer im not just been treated well at the very start but i will DEFINITELY be ordering again from these guys and i will update on whether the drugs i ordered actually work! Just on a parting note because i know people have reported problems with these issues i have NOT been bombarded with emails have NOT had my details signed up to any porn sites and have NOT been charged any more than the price which was advertised on their website. I would recommend these guys anyday!

As `mark� (December 13) describes, I also wrote about this back on 26 October 2008 after TWO of my cards got charged (about $40 each) by this fraudulent website that signs people up for porn without prior notification. Also, I still get swamped by spam that appears to have originated from a BM order. Around that time BM�s website went offline back in December "due to some unauthorized infiltration".(And a customer service rep I contacted claimed no knowledge of such fradulent activity within the company.)

The recent reviews here demonstrate that these fraudulent incidents are NO Accident. Great experiment by "ripped" (December 8) to have used a brand new card with this company. Perfect proof that it is them doing this. What is mind-boggling is that the company has reasonably good service sending out effective products in a timely manner. Obviously, they make money doing this, so why all this extra dubious crap to screw with their customers?? [P.S. If you got charged one of these things, call the number and tell them you had no knowledge of this. They reversed the charges for me.]

To the editor: Overall great and helpful website. However, I recommend you consider blacklisting this one unless they shape up.

Once you've bought products from this company they pass on you personal information to dodgy third part organizations. I get inundated with these emails DAILY... God knows what other information these con artists have passed on. In short: DO NOT USE.... You're going to get spammed HEAVILY and they might even sell your credit card details (see guy below)...

First time using an online pharmacy. Product came 7 days after ordered, during holidays, too. Was very happy with my product, which proved to work just as well as non-generic drugs. Would recommend to others, buy from again.

I bought a one month supply of generic propecia for a low price. I have been using REAL propecia for a few months, which I bought from a local pharmacy here in california, which is more than twice the price of the propecia from this website. I have had consistent side effects with this real propecia, being decreased sex drive, etc. Since ive been using this generic propecia from this online pharmacy, my sex drive has skyrocketed and my it seems like everything has come back to normal as it was before starting propecia. I do not think this website is legit, i think they are selling fake drugs, buyer beware. Also, the prices are way too low for these drugs to be real, and the free shipping seems a little strange to me, since they are located in india or something. Would not recommend.

They don't accept MasterCard "temporarily" and do not notify you until AFTER you punch in all your information, including the security code on your card. I am a bit weary and will not be giving them more credit card information. :(

They have a very professional website and offer loyalty discounts. I changed my payment method a few days after ordering because I decided to use a credit card instead of mailing a check. Their live online chat support person was exceptionally helpful and friendly. My order arrived exactly two weeks after my payment was processed. The pills (Modafinil) were blister-packed in groups of 10 and all packs were stamped with a very recent packaging date. I am 100% satisfied that the medication is legitimate and effective. Due to a comment from another reviewer, I will be cautiously watching for any unexpected charges to my credit card. If anything appears, I'll be sure to post an updated review.
