Stay Away - They Are Sketchy...., Wednesday, 17 June 2009 Written by R.O.
Paid Top Dollar for Generic Ambien and an additional $45 for an "express shipping" (3 to 6 business days). I called customer service 7 times, and e-mailed them at least 10 - and they NEVER gave me a tracking number for the package, even though the website and customer service e-mails promised one. After 9 business days, the package finally showed up (it had been misrouted). A 3rd of the pills were crushed to dust.... I called and e-mailed customer service again - and they promised to send out a replacement shipment at no additional charge. It too, was supposed to arrive within 3-6 business days, and they refused to issued a refund until 10 more business days had passed. Again, there was no tracking number - and it's now been 12 business days and no replacement shipment. I've asked for a refund over the phone (they won't do it by e-mail) - we'll see if I get a refund or this is a scam... I say stay away and DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you buy, as I am a cautionary tale!
