EasyMD is an odd company. My girlfriend ordered some meds and received them. I, on the other hand, placed an order and never received anything. Worse, when i asked about the order, i was told inconsistent things. That troubles me. Whether the company is a total rip or something else is wrong, I don't know. I would not order from them - the risk is too great. There are other on-line pharmacies that are better.

Placed an order in April...on May 20th still had not received my order. Was told that it was backordered. Canceled the order on May 20, 2009 and still do not have a refund. Was told on several occassions that the echeck processor was down. Now I am being told that they processed my refund on September 21st. It is not in my account. They said 24-48 hours. I waited that time and more. Today they told me to wait another week. They've told me over and over again that they would contact me. They have yet to do that. This company will take your money and never ship your order...or if they do, it will be counterfit meds. You will never get your money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM EASYMD! They will rip you off!

I had ordered from this company Oct 2008 or so and thought I'd just put my 2 cents in. They were back-ordered on the drug I'd ordered. I hadn't realized they hadn't charged my card, my mistake as I assumed they had. I contacted them a month later and told them i hadn't received the order. I was all gearted up to be mad about it, I actually thought they were just a scam and would blow me off. But no-my email was answered within 12 hrs and she informed me they hadn't charged my card as they were backordered on it. I told them, yes-they *had charged my card (I was wrong) and she again immediantly answered my email with a copy of the transaction/order. I felt stupid for flying off the handle when I was wrong (I seem to do that a lot). Anyway, I just wanted to put a good word in for their customer service. It's irritating that they advertized a drug they didn't actually have access to but at least they hadn't charged me and they stayed in touch very well.

After ordering, I then read revues and was worried. The order did take 6 weeks to complete, but I got it! I ordered difficult to get anti psychotic drugs but they came thru! I wanted to counter some of the negatives Ive read because if they were really a scam you wouldnt get yours meds at all. I found the customer service both the chat and in person to work, and it was effective. The drugs were back ordered for a while, but I spoke with a supervisor who said he would call for me and try to get it filled, and apparently he did it, because the order shipped a few days later. So they may not always be reliable, but they are NOT a scam!!

this website is not a scam. i used it for the first time just now. I placed the order for bactrim a 60 day supply on september 2nd. i started to get a little worried when i read all the reviews on here and still hadnt gotten my meds by the 16th since they said it usually only takes 10 days. since they hadnt charged my card however i was willing to wait it out. my card was finally charged on the 18th of september. i was prepaired to wait the full 10 days for shipping when i got it on the 23rd! not even the full 10 days! i had a friend of mine who is in college to become a pharmacist look at them and she said that they are the real thing! minus the wait, i am very happy with this company and i will do business again with them!

its been 6 wks i ordered my meds. for the first week and a half, it was on back order. then i get an email one day with a tracking number of shipment. and then for the next three weeks, i get an error message on the usps website. the customer representative at usps tells me that the tracking number doesn't exist and that i have been frauded.
i contact easymd.com multiple times (atleast once a week) to inquire about my order. each time, they try to tell me a story that its not their fault that i haven't received my meds. And they had no answer for the fraud part. they just kept on telling me that my meds was on the way and i should expect it within the next few days. Until about a week and a half or so ago i just told them to reship the meds since clearly they were lying to me. so, they reshipped it. and this time the tracking number works. But, according to usps tracking system, my meds have been sitting around in a south pacific island called Vanuatu.
Now, trying to cancel my order and going nowhere with that.....

warning to future online medicine customers, don't ever order anything from easymd.com

If you use an electronic check you may be told your medicine is not in stock, and if you cancel, you will not recieve a refund. Done some reasearch and this is a pattern with this company. I would not trust medicine from a company that does this. The one order that I did receive I didn't start using until after I placed the second order and it did not feel the same as the regular prescription from the US. I would not recommend this company unless you like making non-tax deductible donations to anonymous foreign scam artists or potentially endangering yourself with low quality foreign products.

I ordered from Easy.MD on June 1st 2009 via E check (my 1st mistake)and 7 weeks later I still have not gotten my delivery (here in the US.)
At first I couldn`t even get the online chat feature to connect but eventually was able to chat with the rep.
The first issue was the e check clearance time. Do NOT order this way if you are in any kind of rush. I suspect credit cards would be a better way to order.
The second issue was that weeks in to the order they told me that my prescription was in back order. In other words, here is a pharmacy that can`t handle the amount of product they need to be able to ship in a timely manor.
Once the order was finally shipped, they say 10 working days but its already about 17 for me. You also can NOT track your order in real time according to my live chat as of today..

So obviously I could not recommend this company- even if my order comes at the end of this week (which the rep promised me today.) Very shady operation IMHO.

The review by Quentina Wilson paints easy.md as terrible. But in her review, below, 'OMG!!!,' she includes her own tracking number. If you put that tracking number in at USPS.com, what you find is that the package was delivered on the 28th, which is exactly 10 days after she placed her order, and 10 days after the tracking number was mailed to her. This is exactly what the site says that they offer. How could it have gone better?

Disclosure: I work at Easy.MD. For US customers all orders are trackable at USPS.com. It is definitely true that E-check refunds are often not smooth, which is something we are working on. We submit the refund request to a gateway, beyond which it seems to be 50/50 what happens to it. As to the Customer Service centre being in India, that is true as well but they are excellent, have been doing this for a long time, and they do want to help. But when you get a customer for whom in fact things have gone perfectly who is berating the call centre for doing exactly what they should be doing, I can see why the call centre sometimes gets discouraged.

We are working on a report that will appear on the front page of the site, which will report the percentage of orders that go out within 1-2 business days, something like what is done at airports with on-time flight reporting. This should help us to improve and should allay fears that orders from us will never arrive.

When orders are placed by credit card, we do not charge the customer unless and until a tracking number has been provided. For US customers, these tracking numbers are trackable online at USPS.com. When orders are placed by e-check, unfortunately the check has to clear before we can dispense the order. This can take a loooong time (it depends on the bank-to-bank reporting apparently) which means that if for some reason the order is not sent ('out of stock' being the most common) then we have the customer's money and we have to refund it.

It is understandable that this would be seriously upsetting for the customer, but the reason why we offer E-checks is for cases where the customer has no other option. E-checks take longer and are generally a pain in the ass for everyone involved. But for people without credit cards it can be very helpful and this is why we offer it.

It seems there are two kinds of customers of Easy.MD. If the item you have ordered is in stock and you pay by credit card, it is either quick and painless and you love us or it is not quick but at least we do not charge you until the order has shipped. If you pay by E-check they can take more than a week to clear. Once the check clears, the item may be out of stock but we still have your money. Nobody is more unhappy about this than we are, because it results in a lot of angry customers and bad will.

As a company we can and should do our best to have everything in stock all of the time. One partial defense is that we specialize in chronic care medications, which means that we would hope that customers would order with plenty of time to spare before the meds that their order is replenishing run out.

It is very disheartening to see all of the negative reviews here. We are six years old and have years of satisfied and repeat customers. All of the criticism is making us work harder. I hope that people who are reading this will keep an open mind about all of the people who get excellent service at a reasonable price but do not post a review.

I have talked to chat line and to chris several timees. my order was first placed 3/09. i only received a partial shipment. they never sent the rest of my order. after i talked to them several times, stated they would send a refund the next week. next week never came, although they promised each time. then they said it was a technical problem, but they would refund. today is 6/30. now they are not answering me. they stole my money.

Place my order, it was approved and authorized by my card all within 10 mins.
Days later called to inquire about status of my order. Was told it was still processing. Found this site and became worried after reading reviews. Made several contacts thru on-line chat and phone. Same three people answer. Finally told my meds were on "backorder". Decided to cancel and ask for my cards charge to be released. That was like talking to a brick wall. First call they said it would take 48 hours. Then next call was 24-48 hours and then after a tirade on my part was told maybe same day. But up to my card company. You see where this is heading. I explaind several times to easymed that I didn't understand how it can be authorized in 10 mins but not released in the same amount of time. Still nothing and the bank said I would have to wait 7 or more days.

I placed an order and received no word from them and contacted them after 2 weeks and was told the same thing for 3 weeks straight, that the product was back ordered, but don't expect them to contact you and tell you that. Then trying to get a refund is even more difficult, don't expect to ever talk to anyone helpful or receive a refund, they will always have some "technical" issues when you need your money back. This is such a ridiculous excuse of a company and I do not know how anyone has had a good experience with them.

I placed an order on 3/3/09. I immediately canceled it ( same day) however they processed my e-check right away. I have not received anything from them but wanted my $62 back. They keep stating they will refund in 5-9 business day. It has been 12 business days and still no refund. Now they will not respond back to my inquiries. Items are often backordered but you are not charged until they ship the item and then it takes about ten days to arrive in North America. They haven't failed me yet and I've got another order on the way so I'll let you know if there's a problem now. I'm disappointed they stopped carrying soma however.

I ordered Metformin from Easy-MD. I received an email to confirm my order, than another email when the item shipped. The shipping was slow, but I did receive my order. Also, the order came via Registered Mail, and I had to sign for the package. I will order from them again.

Please do not order from these folks. I placed my order and did received an email stating it had been shipped. I did not receive the order and spoke with customer service via Live Chat who asked me if I wanted a refund which I said yes. I never received a refund or the product I ordered. When I contacted them again to request a refund for the second time I was told too much time had lapsed and that how did I know that their customer service told the company to issue me a refund. Horrible customer service and I would not ever order from this company again.

i've been told that the medicine will arrive in around 10 days.

after 18 days of not receiving the shipment and not hearing anything from them, spoke with live chat.

they told me that they're sorry and the item is backordered.

when i've asked why i've not been notified, they told me the farmacist usually contacts by email.

there was no answer as to who's the farmacist or why i wasn't contacted by him.

canceled the order and will never deal with them again.

If you can get your order through, they are great. The customer service is decent, but their website continues to give a 'gateway error' upon approving transactions. I've had to move on to another pharmacy because I have been unable to order anything via credit card.

No evidence of a backlog with my order, got it inside 2 weeks here in Houston. This was the only site I could find that stocked what I wanted, so it was also the cheapest! Will definitely use again.

I have ordered from these folks 4 times only during the christmas rush were they slow but I still got my order their online service people are the best to answer your question. No complaints.

I ordered meds in Dec 2007 and I am still waiting. I am repeatedly told it's on backorder. One rep said it's on a HUGE back order. What does that mean??? Do not use these people.

I have placed an order over 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. I contacted customer services (thats a joke) and was told to wait for 28 WORKING DAYS!!! Now 6 weeks on still nothing and they've got my money! Im claiming money back from Visa. I WARN YOU - DO NOT TOUCH THIS EASY.MD COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY - and then lie about re shipping and you still wont get anything..... ****LOOK ELSEWHERE****....... (dont say you weren't warned)

Took about 18 days to get here--in VA. The tracking info really doesn't tell you anything, just lets them know that it got to you, basically. Other pharmacies have better prices and are cheaper.

Although it did take 25 days to arrive - all went well.
I didn't contact customer service, was just patient(as I was skeptical, of the speed of delivery, as published) - so, I'm just giving that a 5 for now.

I have used Easy.md many times in the past and was reasonable happy with the service even if it was slow. However, i placed an order in November and mid January and it still hasn't arrived. They have taken almost $350 from my credit card. Have contacted customer service and they keep telling me it's on BACK ORDER! Then they tell me they havent charged my card yet!!! (cards are charged right away before the order confirmation comes through) They're not able to refund my money (they dont know how) and they WILL NOT give me any idea if or when they will be sending my order!!! Be very careful - i would suggest you try another site as EASY.MD has SERIOUSLY gone down-hill. BE WARNED!

Placed one order came in the right time. Next order when it went past the time. I asked when it would come was told by Chris of their customer service to wait a month before contacting them again. This to me is not good service when ordering meds. Waiting a month is not the service I am looking for and will be looking somewhere else.

I cancelled my order by telephone and was told that it had not been shipped. I also received email that the order was cancelled. A short time later the order arrived. I used the live chat customer support and was told that they made an error. They stated I could keep the shipment free of charge. I was happy that I didn't have to deal with hassle of shipping the order back. The customer service was excellent.

Placed one order for 5mg finasteride tablets successfully. Took 11 days to arrive. Queried after 7 days and they were very polite, asked me to be patient (it arrived a few days later). Product appears to be working.
