Only one I'll shop at., Wednesday, 28 July 2010 Written by therese corday From EasyMD, I buy medicine I have been subscribed, but in longer-lasting quantities than I get from continual costly doctor visits. It is all prescribed medicine, but getting it from EasyMD instead Wal-Mart saves me worlds of car fuel, footwork, frustration, effort, and time. It can take a while to receive an order, not always, depending on what you ordered, but the customer service is amazing, no waiting on the phone, they are immensely courteous, and they make all orders good. I've used this online provider for almost 2 years. Can only say that anyone who is terribly unsatisfied with the waiting, just go to your doctor, get a written prescription in your hand and take it to the corner drug store for a product delivered instantaneously. This online pharmacy does not provide controlled substances, so anything that you can order from EasyMD, you can get from your doctor and local pharmacy with no trouble.

Scammers and Hackers, Wednesday, 31 March 2010 Written by Susan Imagine my surprise when I got an order confirmation from them today! They had somehow gotten my new card number and charged another order. I haven't even visited that site for months. How could this happen?! I immediately called my CC company and told them what had happened. The charge was indeed showing, but had not posted so I could not dispute the charge yet. Then I emailed EasyMD's "customer service." I got a very inflammatory response back from Mark Henry, the apparent owner of the company, who called me delusional and other insulting things and tried to tell me that they were a reputable company. Right. He made no offer to refund my money. We wrote back and forth and after a couple emails said that he had refunded my money after the first email. We'll see. He provided my shipping address, which was correct. He gave the IP address from which I supposedly ordered and it was not mine; in fact when I traced it, it is an invalid IP address. He then produced a tracking number from the last order and showed that when looked up on the USPS website, that it was delivered. Or rather, an order was delivered to my zip code. Wow, what a skank. Forging orders and phishing for credit card information? This is beyond creepy. I'm going to file a complaint with the feds on this one.

This is the only way to get your money back,unless you want to hear the same song from Chris or Lee, week after week after week with no results.

I have been going at it with them since Nov 5th,that's when the payment been processed.Than I found out the meds are on back order,and it will take a month or two for them to be in(we are talking 3 different medications). On Dec 20th,2009 I've canceled my order and asked for a refund. It is now Feb 23rd 2010,every week I have been promised my money to be back in my acc. by the end of the week or early next week. Same story,they are having problems with e-check,and it should be fixed shortly. Here is a copy of my conversation with easyMD today; Chris [18:04]: Welcome to our real-time support chat. How can I help you today? Mr.K. [18:04]: Order 20480795 I am getting very tired with you people. Let me guess,I will not get my money back this week.I know,I should have it by the end of this week.O,wait,no no it will be there sometimes next week,RIGHT? What are you people trying to pull here??? WHERE IS MY MONEY???? Chris [18:05]: One moment please, let me check for the information. [18:07]: Your money is in transit and you should expect the amount to hit your account in next 2-3 Business days. [18:08]: We apologize for the inconvenience for the delay. Mr.K. [18:09]: And Friday you will tell me ,"sometime next week".Yah,I know this song by heart. Chris [18:10]: No, you should receive it. Mr.K. [18:10]: K. Today after I spoke with them,I've contacted Instabill.They are to get back to me tomorrow.Let's see where that will take me. All I know is that I will NEVER order from eastMD again

be aware - easymd.com equals fraud, Sunday, 20 September 2009 Written by knp i contact easymd.com multiple times (atleast once a week) to inquire about my order. each time, they try to tell me a story that its not their fault that i haven't received my meds. And they had no answer for the fraud part. they just kept on telling me that my meds was on the way and i should expect it within the next few days. Until about a week and a half or so ago i just told them to reship the meds since clearly they were lying to me. so, they reshipped it. and this time the tracking number works. But, according to usps tracking system, my meds have been sitting around in a south pacific island called Vanuatu. Now, trying to cancel my order and going nowhere with that..... warning to future online medicine customers, don't ever order anything from easymd.com

7 Weeks,still no delivery, Wednesday, 22 July 2009 Written by Samoo At first I couldn`t even get the online chat feature to connect but eventually was able to chat with the rep. The first issue was the e check clearance time. Do NOT order this way if you are in any kind of rush. I suspect credit cards would be a better way to order. The second issue was that weeks in to the order they told me that my prescription was in back order. In other words, here is a pharmacy that can`t handle the amount of product they need to be able to ship in a timely manor. Once the order was finally shipped, they say 10 working days but its already about 17 for me. You also can NOT track your order in real time according to my live chat as of today.. So obviously I could not recommend this company- even if my order comes at the end of this week (which the rep promised me today.) Very shady operation IMHO.

From somebody at Easy.md, Wednesday, 08 July 2009 Written by Mark Henry Disclosure: I work at Easy.MD. For US customers all orders are trackable at USPS.com. It is definitely true that E-check refunds are often not smooth, which is something we are working on. We submit the refund request to a gateway, beyond which it seems to be 50/50 what happens to it. As to the Customer Service centre being in India, that is true as well but they are excellent, have been doing this for a long time, and they do want to help. But when you get a customer for whom in fact things have gone perfectly who is berating the call centre for doing exactly what they should be doing, I can see why the call centre sometimes gets discouraged. We are working on a report that will appear on the front page of the site, which will report the percentage of orders that go out within 1-2 business days, something like what is done at airports with on-time flight reporting. This should help us to improve and should allay fears that orders from us will never arrive. When orders are placed by credit card, we do not charge the customer unless and until a tracking number has been provided. For US customers, these tracking numbers are trackable online at USPS.com. When orders are placed by e-check, unfortunately the check has to clear before we can dispense the order. This can take a loooong time (it depends on the bank-to-bank reporting apparently) which means that if for some reason the order is not sent ('out of stock' being the most common) then we have the customer's money and we have to refund it. It is understandable that this would be seriously upsetting for the customer, but the reason why we offer E-checks is for cases where the customer has no other option. E-checks take longer and are generally a pain in the ass for everyone involved. But for people without credit cards it can be very helpful and this is why we offer it. It seems there are two kinds of customers of Easy.MD. If the item you have ordered is in stock and you pay by credit card, it is either quick and painless and you love us or it is not quick but at least we do not charge you until the order has shipped. If you pay by E-check they can take more than a week to clear. Once the check clears, the item may be out of stock but we still have your money. Nobody is more unhappy about this than we are, because it results in a lot of angry customers and bad will. As a company we can and should do our best to have everything in stock all of the time. One partial defense is that we specialize in chronic care medications, which means that we would hope that customers would order with plenty of time to spare before the meds that their order is replenishing run out. It is very disheartening to see all of the negative reviews here. We are six years old and have years of satisfied and repeat customers. All of the criticism is making us work harder. I hope that people who are reading this will keep an open mind about all of the people who get excellent service at a reasonable price but do not post a review. Mark

stay away from these people, Friday, 17 April 2009 Written by Sheryl in Virginia, usa Days later called to inquire about status of my order. Was told it was still processing. Found this site and became worried after reading reviews. Made several contacts thru on-line chat and phone. Same three people answer. Finally told my meds were on "backorder". Decided to cancel and ask for my cards charge to be released. That was like talking to a brick wall. First call they said it would take 48 hours. Then next call was 24-48 hours and then after a tirade on my part was told maybe same day. But up to my card company. You see where this is heading. I explaind several times to easymed that I didn't understand how it can be authorized in 10 mins but not released in the same amount of time. Still nothing and the bank said I would have to wait 7 or more days.

Pissed off., Friday, 10 October 2008 Written by Boris after 18 days of not receiving the shipment and not hearing anything from them, spoke with live chat. they told me that they're sorry and the item is backordered. when i've asked why i've not been notified, they told me the farmacist usually contacts by email. there was no answer as to who's the farmacist or why i wasn't contacted by him. canceled the order and will never deal with them again.
