Where is my order???

I placed my order 1 month ago. They took my money but my order has never been shipped! I tried calling them and all I get is voicemail. Of course no one ever calls me back! I tried emailing them but I received no reply that way either! Guess I'll have to go to the bank and see if they can get my money back! What a scam!!

A Scam!

Placed order on 5/30 - nothing so I inquired re: status of order - they did reply the "order is hard to fill" and may have to refund. As of 9/10, no product and no refund. I've been scammed!

I did a order on 04/11/2011 of 30x levitra 20mg and 30x cialis 20mg I received the pills all fine delivery was ok about 20 days, But the drug itself was totally fake i mean it did nothing even at 60mg cialis. So i asked for a reshipment and 3 months later i received a reshipment of 60x cialis pills which are of brand name Tadalista 20. I had 100mg last night and they are absolute junk once again. I am just warning others to stay away from this site... very unsafe to put your trust into. terrible customer service

I ordered on here back in February. They "attempted" to send me my product 3 different times none to the accurate address (I've lived in the same place for 5 years). I finally called and said I just wanted a refund - I have 4 different conversation logs and they continue to tell me they will work on it. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't recommend going through this site at all - IF you receive your medication from the reviews it takes a while and if you don't receive it you just made a donation to their company.

Have placed around 7 orders over the last couple years with this company. The speed of delivery has always been awful, but the product was suburb and the prices reasonable. Starting in 2011, they switched the generic provider of the medication i purchase, and the quality is simply terrible.

I was happy to find easy.md in the beginning, but unfortunately will not be making another purchase through them. Normally would give another chance, but there are too many alternative providers out there to risk wasting any more money.

The only thing that really is always a problem is the 10 day delivery time that ends up being more like 15-25 business days. However, I attempted to make my third purchases on 2/8/2011 and was notified that my medication was on backorder and it would be ready sometime next week... Two weeks later I decided to cancel my order, rather, my bank revoked authorization for the funds because they weren't transferred before they're time limit for pending charges. They charged my credit card eight days later ( ? , I am still waiting for delivery and have resorted to using court action to get goods or money back, dated January 26th, 2011. I've purchased twice from EasyMD and it does take over 30 days to receive, forget the 10 days that they advertise. The shipping is free. Now, I've also bought from Canadian Pharmacy and you pay for the shipping and guess what? It takes over 30 days to get to you if you pick the minimum shipping fee, but if you pick the 7 day delivery cost you pay for it out the nose!

So what is better. Just plan ahead when you buy.

Slow to Ship

I've purchased twice from EasyMD and it does take over 30 days to receive, forget the 10 days that they advertise. The shipping is free. Now, I've also bought from Canadian Pharmacy and you pay for the shipping and guess what? It takes over 30 days to get to you if you pick the minimum shipping fee, but if you pick the 7 day delivery cost you pay for it out the nose!

So what is better. Just plan ahead when you buy.

Expect a Long Wait, without warning

Slow but Good Quality!

I ordered propecia from them and it took about 30 days to arrive. This is about average for an IOP. The product quality was great, however, and helped to offset the slow transit time because it really helped to stabilize what had become increasingly rapid hair loss. I would recommend it to those who want a reliable pharmacy at affordable prices but who are also not in a hurry. I was troubled by the mixed reviews so I am compelled to share my positive experience with them.

Items not in stock.

Don't waste your time. The items are not in stock, and if you dont contact them, you'll never know. My order was cancelled and I'm going on day 2 of waiting for my funds to be released. I wish I had found these reviews first before I ordered from them.

I placed an order and was immediately sent a confirmation e-mail. I felt pretty good about things. I anxiously waited for my next mail with my tracking, but it did not come. I used the chat to find out when I would be getting my tracking number and was told that the order was not in stock and would be shipped out when it was available. I decided then to cancel the order so I can order from somewhere else where they DO have the items in stock. I was sent a confirmation of my cancellation via e-mail and assured it was cancelled.



I told DH that I hoped I didn't have any problems getting my money released, because as of now it still says processing in my account and the funds are not available for re-use. I used the chat again this morning and was told that in 2 more days it would be released. Funny how it took a matter of seconds to get it out of my account and into "processing" but it takes days before their company can release it back into my account. I was told by "Chris" (anyone seen the "Peggy" commercials?? I'll bet ALL of them are named "Chris" (Chris was the name of the rep yesterday too...lol) that I could also call my bank and have them release it. Perhaps he already knows there might be a problem. I wish I had found the reviews before I placed my order. I wouldnt have wasted my time ordering from somwhere that is known for not having items in stock. As for the rating, I only gave them ones because it's the lowest you can give. And the positive reviews you see? Most likely posted by EasyMD.

Fraud and scam. This site is a waste of time.

Poor customer service

I live in the Eastern US and (from the date of actual shipment) it takes me 10 days exactly to receive my medications...I have had to wait about 5-6 days at times for them to fill and ship the order, but with free shipping I hardly mind- I would HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!

I've used this online provider for almost 2 years. Can only say that anyone who is terribly unsatisfied with the waiting, just go to your doctor, get a written prescription in your hand and take it to the corner drug store for a product delivered instantaneously.



This online pharmacy does not provide controlled substances, so anything that you can order from EasyMD, you can get from your doctor and local pharmacy with no trouble.

Slow but polite and reliable

I think they may be a bit optimistic about their delivery times, but I do believe they are a reliable, legitimate company. Also, I find the staff to be always friendly, sympathetic and helpful. Very Slow shipping

I was told 10 business days and my order would arrive. Its been 17 business days now and I still havent seen my order. I was was told the volcano in Iceland has affected the delivery of my meds. If and when it arrives, I'll let you know.

Easy md

I ordered clomid from easy md and it took three weeks for it to arrive not 10 days as they promise on there website I live in Cary,N.C. but besides that the company has great prices not sure about there customer service though it's not the best.

I had ordered a medication from this company a couple years ago. It actually arrived, but after a couple months. I tried to order the same medication a year ago, but I never received the order, even though they charged my credit card. In the last year, my CC information was stolen, so I got a new card with a new number.



Imagine my surprise when I got an order confirmation from them today! They had somehow gotten my new card number and charged another order. I haven't even visited that site for months. How could this happen?!



I immediately called my CC company and told them what had happened. The charge was indeed showing, but had not posted so I could not dispute the charge yet. Then I emailed EasyMD's "customer service." I got a very inflammatory response back from Mark Henry, the apparent owner of the company, who called me delusional and other insulting things and tried to tell me that they were a reputable company. Right. He made no offer to refund my money. We wrote back and forth and after a couple emails said that he had refunded my money after the first email. We'll see.



He provided my shipping address, which was correct. He gave the IP address from which I supposedly ordered and it was not mine; in fact when I traced it, it is an invalid IP address. He then produced a tracking number from the last order and showed that when looked up on the USPS website, that it was delivered. Or rather, an order was delivered to my zip code.



Wow, what a skank. Forging orders and phishing for credit card information? This is beyond creepy. I'm going to file a complaint with the feds on this one.

Scammers and Hackers

I had ordered a medication from this company a couple years ago. It actually arrived, but after a couple months. I tried to order the same medication a year ago, but I never received the order, even though they charged my credit card. In the last year, my CC information was stolen, so I got a new card with a new number.



Imagine my surprise when I got an order confirmation from them today! They had somehow gotten my new card number and charged another order. I haven't even visited that site for months. How could this happen?!



I immediately called my CC company and told them what had happened. The charge was indeed showing, but had not posted so I could not dispute the charge yet. Then I emailed EasyMD's "customer service." it works but takes a while

I ordered two meds and it took about 2 months. I was never able to contact them via phone. However, I did the meds and they were of sufficient quality.

As I stated before,for over 3 months I could not get anywhere with easyMD about getting my money back.

After calling Instabill at 603-436-1270 and explaining my situation,1 day later I have the whole amount credited back to my acc.

This is the only way to get your money back,unless you want to hear the same song from Chris or Lee, week after week after week with no results.

easyMD

As I stated before,for over 3 months I could not get anywhere with easyMD about getting my money back.

After calling Instabill at 603-436-1270 and explaining my situation,1 day later I have the whole amount credited back to my acc.

This is the only way to get your money back,unless you want to hear the same song from Chris or Lee, week after week after week with no results.

Been giving me the run around for weeks. Their Customer Service Reps suck and act like they know nothing and cant give you information to talk to someone that could. I used my bank account and it went through a company called instabill. Called the number 603-436-1270 spoke with peggy and she said she will contact the bank and it should be back into my account within three business days. Talked to her not 5 minutes after I talked to one of their CS Reps He told me that their systems are down and that it could take up to another month. He had nothing to say when I told him about talking to instabill and asked why they could have it done withing 3 days when they just keep giving me the run around telling me another 2 days then it was a week then after that week they told me another week then after that i called instabill then contacted them again withing a 15 minute period and was told a month. Apparently these people know nothing and unless you talk to someone at instabill there is nothing you can do about it. i wish i would have found all these sites reporting it as a fraud before i ordered luckily i came across the number for instabill and they helped me. if not i would be waiting months like many people apparently are. The only people that have problems are the ones that go to get their money back and are given the run around. call instabill and they will take care of it 603-436-1270

TERRIBLE COMPANY

STAY AWAY--FAR AWAY from them!!!

Plain and simple, these people stole my money. That is how it is, unless they actually refund it. It is amazing that they've been getting away with this robbery. The only pay option was echeck, not credit card or paypal. That alone should have been a clue for me, but I ordered anyways. Big mistake. Ordered November 15th 2009 and was told products were back ordered. They charged my card and apparently shipped said items on January 12th 2010. As of January 28th they have not yet arrived. Never using them again!

I was ripped off too

I had the same issues as most everyone on here that has had a negative one and am blown away that anyone has had a positive experience with this company. I placed an order out of the US on 2/26/09 and my e-check cleared on 3/10/09 and I requested a refund on 3/26/09 after hearing nothing from this company, but only receiving an e-mail the day I placed the order stating the Rx would ship after the e-check cleared. So, after 2 weeks of waiting I called and was then told it was backordered for a month. I was never contacted to be told that I wasn't going to receive my order when originally stated. Needless to say after many phone calls to easy md's call center in India and getting nowhere I pretty much gave up on getting my money back, until I was told 2 days ago (1/24/09) almost a year after placing the order that a refund was issued on 9/21/09 which never appeared in my account. I finally stumbled upon a review from another unhappy consumer who found the phone number for the company that processes the e-checks for easy md and is a totally separate business. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and polite and got my refund processed and should be in my account by Friday. The name of the company is instabill and the number is 800-813-2713 or 603-436-1270. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. It is a 50/50 shot on whether or not you will get your Rx or your refund and those odds are not worth the hassle.

Help With Refunds

great service

Worse, when i asked about the order, i was told inconsistent things. That troubles me. Whether the company is a total rip or something else is wrong, I don't know. Crooks!

I had ordered from this company Oct 2008 or so and thought I'd just put my 2 cents in. They were back-ordered on the drug I'd ordered. I hadn't realized they hadn't charged my card, my mistake as I assumed they had. I contacted them a month later and told them i hadn't received the order. I was all gearted up to be mad about it, I actually thought they were just a scam and would blow me off. But no-my email was answered within 12 hrs and she informed me they hadn't charged my card as they were backordered on it. I told them, yes-they *had charged my card (I was wrong) and she again immediantly answered my email with a copy of the transaction/order. I felt stupid for flying off the handle when I was wrong (I seem to do that a lot). Anyway, I just wanted to put a good word in for their customer service. It's irritating that they advertized a drug they didn't actually have access to but at least they hadn't charged me and they stayed in touch very well.

Seem honest

I hadn't realized they hadn't charged my card, my mistake as I assumed they had. I contacted them a month later and told them i hadn't received the order. this website is not a scam. i used it for the first time just now. I placed the order for bactrim a 60 day supply on september 2nd. i started to get a little worried when i read all the reviews on here and still hadnt gotten my meds by the 16th since they said it usually only takes 10 days. since they hadnt charged my card however i was willing to wait it out. my card was finally charged on the 18th of september. i was prepaired to wait the full 10 days for shipping when i got it on the 23rd! not even the full 10 days! i had a friend of mine who is in college to become a pharmacist look at them and she said that they are the real thing! minus the wait, i am very happy with this company and i will do business again with them!

I was worried but they're totally great!

I placed the order for bactrim a 60 day supply on september 2nd. i started to get a little worried when i read all the reviews on here and still hadnt gotten my meds by the 16th since they said it usually only takes 10 days. since they hadnt charged my card however i was willing to wait it out. my card was finally charged on the 18th of september. i was prepaired to wait the full 10 days for shipping when i got it on the 23rd! not even the full 10 days! i had a friend of mine who is in college to become a pharmacist look at them and she said that they are the real thing! minus the wait, i am very happy with this company and i will do business again with them!

If you use an electronic check you may be told your medicine is not in stock, and if you cancel, you will not recieve a refund. Done some reasearch and this is a pattern with this company. I would not trust medicine from a company that does this. The one order that I did receive I didn't start using until after I placed the second order and it did not feel the same as the regular prescription from the US. I would not recommend this company unless you like making non-tax deductible donations to anonymous foreign scam artists or potentially endangering yourself with low quality foreign products.

Medicine "out of stock", waited, cancelled, four m

If you use an electronic check you may be told your medicine is not in stock, and if you cancel, you will not recieve a refund. Done some reasearch and this is a pattern with this company. I would not trust medicine from a company that does this. The one order that I did receive I didn't start using until after I placed the second order and it did not feel the same as the regular prescription from the US. I would not recommend this company unless you like making non-tax deductible donations to anonymous foreign scam artists or potentially endangering yourself with low quality foreign products.

ALWAYS RELIABLE

ORDER COMES IN ABOUT 10 DAYS, ALWAYS GOOD STUFF, NO COMPLAINTS

I ordered from Easy.MD on June 1st 2009 via E check (my 1st mistake)and 7 weeks later I still have not gotten my delivery (here in the US.)

At first I couldn`t even get the online chat feature to connect but eventually was able to chat with the rep.

The first issue was the e check clearance time. Do NOT order this way if you are in any kind of rush. I suspect credit cards would be a better way to order.

The second issue was that weeks in to the order they told me that my prescription was in back order. In other words, here is a pharmacy that can`t handle the amount of product they need to be able to ship in a timely manor.

Once the order was finally shipped, they say 10 working days but its already about 17 for me. You also can NOT track your order in real time according to my live chat as of today..



So obviously I could not recommend this company- even if my order comes at the end of this week (which the rep promised me today.) Very shady operation IMHO.

7 Weeks,still no delivery

Ordered finasteride. Arrived just 5 days later (I live in London). Good price and bona fide product -- blister packaging, well known brand etc

Finasteride

Ordered finasteride. Arrived just 5 days later (I live in London). Good price and bona fide product -- blister packaging, well known brand etc
