Site is sometimes down. The site seems to be run by a parent company (cartadmin.com) with a lot of different store fronts with differing prices. The prices here are some of the lowest, along with rxstore.net. Note: Only for US customers.

Just finished my order today (Friday)and was told it would ship Monday for a Tuesday delivery. That is pretty quick so I will wait and see if it arrives on time. I did have to call to verify my order and it was a little difficult to get in touch with somebody. This is my first time to order an Rx online and am hoping everything goes smoothly, but I did find some reviews on this pharmacy and decided to go with them as they were the cheapest of the few sites I was looking at. I noticed the charge on my credit card is for Best-USA-RX.com, but their website is very similar so I think that is okay. Since some have mentioned that they received unauthorized charges on their credit cards after ordering I set up a "virtual account #" as it is an option with my credit card company. This allows me to order online without giving out my real credit card number and is only good for use at that merchant for a short period of time. Any other uses will automaticaly be declined. I would recommend doing this if your credit card company offers this service. For the spam problem, I just used a yahoo account that I don't use anymore just in case.

Price is average for online pharma (much higher than your local drugstore). I was trying to give this one a try because they offered next day fedex. Most of these sites ship to your door in a few WEEKS, so the next day option was attractive. Their website is not good, I tried to order and their service kept giving me message that my oder could not be completed. It instantly did this, so I am a bit concerned. It not tell me why. So I will make sure no unauthorized charges show up (thank God for lifeloc and a low limit credit card). Not a good start.

I think I've had it with these online drug stores. You never know what your getting and it is hard to tell the scams from the "just crappy" service online drugstore.

Ok so I have placed my order and so far so good. I placed my order Sunday night so they said I would get it on Tuesday so this morning I checked my email with the tracking number for fed ex and it said the package has been picked up by them and it will be delivered before 3pm. So keeping my fingers crossed, I'll update when I recieve the package.

A response to Carlos: You must have ordered shortly before you posted this. It took about 2 weeks for the SPAM TO begin, but it is overwhelming. I am receiving about 60 e-mails every day. Some are easily identifiable as belonging to FC, but others are the run of the mill prescription services. They clearly sold my address to many other SPAMMERS.

I have tried to e-mail these clowns to get my name off a list, but they so far have refused to do it. Every message is from a different address, but repeats the same message about re-ordering my original order.

To give you an idea of bad the SPAM has become because of them, I am saving their messages now and intend to file a civil suit in small claims court. I get SPAM all the time, but it is now to the point I may have to change the e-mail address I have had for 8 years now. Even if I get them in court and can finally stop THEIR SPAM, I doubt I will ever be able to stop all the messages from the people they sold my address to.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with their service, but I would not consider ordering from them again, even if they offered me free medicine. Never again. It's pretty bad when you have to take someone to court to get them to stop SPAMMING you.

Very reliable, always ship next day Fedex. Good quality generic tramadol.
I was once shorted 11 pills on a 90-tablet order, but I called cust. service and they gave me a partial refund. This is a very good domestic pharmacy. I have also used their sister site, Onlineprescriptionservice.com, also with good results.

To save $20 at FriendlyClinic, at the checkout screen, enter the coupon code VERYHAPPY. This always works for me. It basically pays for the express shipping.

Another update.

I have not had any 'additional' charges on my credit card so that is a good thing. Again, take note of my recommendations to NOT use the 'Check order Status' page as I mentioned in my earlier posts. That particular page is not encrypted.

I did want to advise anyone who decides to order from FC to use an alternate e-mail address. I am receiving twice as much SPAM as I did before I ordered with this company. If there is one thing I despise it is SPAMMERS. They repeatedly send me messages about 'reordering'. Every message appears to be from a different e-mail account so it is difficult to block. I use Gmail and they have great filters, but occasionally a few messages do get through.

I would advise using an alternate e-mail address if you place an order with this company. Also, do the same thing if you post a message here. Because of the amount of SPAM I am receiving, I would no longer recommend using Friendly Clinic. A good, legitimate company has no need to use tactics like that.

I wanted to update my report about Friendly Clinic (FC).

I received my order of antibiotics today, 3 days after I ordered them. FC told me there was a delay ordering with them until they spoke with me to verify I am the credit card holder. I ordered on Tuesday, they called me on Wednesday, shipped my order on Thursday and I received it on Friday. I was sent an e-mail with the FedEx tracking number and was able to watch it as it traveled here.

I was quite apprehensive as I had placed my order before I found this site. I am still a little concerned about any false charges showing up on my bank card, but I will monitor it daily and report here if I see any. Please refer to my earlier post about the 'Check Order' page as I believe it could be the source of people having their CC information stolen. The page is NOT secure and it would be easy for hackers to get your CC information because of this.

Some other observations:
o Their customer service telephones actually are answered. When I order from someone online for the first time, I usually send e-mails and call the number just to check if they work. Non working numbers or e-mail addresses are a sure sign of a scam. FC's calls were answered by one of the best systems I've seen anywhere. When you first call, there is a message telling you "you are number (whatever)". Then periodically, you will hear the numbers decrease. I called them twice and was never on hold for more than 4 or 5 minutes. But I did learn the number in their site is not a direct number for a FC office. It is run by a call center that told me they represent 1,100 other online pharmacies. That number is correct, one thousand one hundred other online pharmacies. But hey, they at least answered my calls and got me the info I wanted.
o E-mails were answered by a human, not a robot. The e-mails appeared to be sent from a location in Florida that did not hide behind a proxy. However, when I checked on the organization controlling the site, it had 'China' written all over it. There were 10 other sites associated with this same organization and all the computer servers were based in China. If I had seen they were using a proxy, I would have concern, but I can't be sure of the Chinese connection.
o When I did try to 'reply' to one of their e-mails, my message bounced as being undeliverable. That usually causes concern with me, but again, I did receive my order.
o When I received my order, it showed that it shipped out of the state of Washington. The box containing the antibiotics appeared to be from the manufacturer (Pfizer). The condition of the package was perfect; no damage at all.
o I reported the 'Order Status' page to both FC by e-mail and by phone. Whoever read my e-mail confused the 'Order Status' page with the 'Credit Card' info page. They are 2 very different things. Whoever I corresponded with by e-mail dismissed my claims, but the call center seemed quite concerned and told me they take that seriously and would report it.
o I need to wait a few days to make sure the antibiotics work so I am 100% confident they are legit, but at this time, I would say I would order with them again. I thought the price was just a bit high, but if you deduct the cost of a doctors office visit and gas to get there, etc. I came out on the cheap side. I usually buy these outside the US as I travel quite a bit to countries that don't require scripts to get antibiotics, but I was sick now and had no plans to travel for the next 3 or 4 months.

Thanks to all who post on online companies. I find info like this quite helpful and I hope my comments may help others. Again, don't use FC's 'Check Order' page, it's not encrypted.

I've read reports here and on other site where people are complaining about credit card info being stolen after a transaction with Friendly Clinic.

I made a transaction with them (only) yesterday for some antibiotics so it is too early for me to judge them on delivery times or integrity issues, but I did find one glaring security issue which may be the reason some people are finding false charges on the CC.

Their order page appears to be 'secure.' They say information is encrypted, but I'm not technical enough to determine if that is true. However, I went to their site this morning to see if there was a way for me to check my order status and they did indeed have a page for this. This page requests your e-mail address and, believe it or not, your credit card number. THIS PAGE IS NOT SECURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


This is a hackers dream and even I could probably figure out how to skim credit card info from this page. It would help define this possibility if those of you who reported fraudulent charges can tell us if you also used this 'Order Status' page.

I reported this to FC and they keep referring to their order page. It is not the order page I am talking about; it is the 'Check Order Status' page.

Beware!! This is a foreign company and my credit card charged me a foreign transaction fee of $2.60 something cents. The order went OK. The charge to my credit card was OK. The shipping wait was 2 days OK. When I received the FedEX package, it came in a cardboard envelope (NOT GOOD). The shipping label was tucked inside a cut plastic window on the outside of the envelope. You could easily hear the pills rattling inside because no cotton was used. I had to sign for it upon receipt. I then opened the envelope and counted the pills and found out I was shorted 17 pills. I complained to FriendlyClinic about the use of cardboard envelopes and how easy it could be for a driver to tamper with it. He could easily open the envelope, open the prescription bottle, take what he needs, recap the bottle and put it in a new envelope, cut the plastic window and insert the shipping label and it looks like no tampering took place. If you decide to order, demand plastic envelope packaging or this might happen to you. FriendlyClinic did refund me the difference in the pills I was shorted. That was a good thing.

I have used Friendly for 3 years without one problem,then just recently when I purchased my prescription I found out I had been charged twice,one charge was from friendly and the other charge was from another online pharmacy that I have never heard of or used,when I contacted Friendly they said there was nothing they can do about it, because the pharmacy that charged me the same amount as Friendly is not affiliated at all with Friendly, I went round and round about this problem with Friendly and they just kept giving me the run around, I am out $114.00 all because Friendly clinic is not a secure site or they have someone crooked selling off credit card numbers,how else would another pharmacy even get my credit card numbers when I never did any ordering ever from them,please people beware of Friendly clinic, I have always trusted them for 3 years and now they did me dirt, I will never order any prescriptions off the internet anymore,especially Friendly, none can be trusted!.

A couple of days after my last 2 orders, my credit card was compromised. The bank picked up on it right away and called me. I am protected from the fraudulent charges, but I am done with these guys. The bank is issuing me a third card replacement because of this. I have used these guys for a couple of years with great service, no problems. But something is amiss now and I am done. Buyer beware when using a credit card. You have been warned.

I too had the same problem with my credit card info being fraudulently used for adult websites. I had to cancel my card, which was a brand new card and had never been used before my order, nor after. It was definitely someone in their organization if not friendlyclinic themselves. I have written to them but I doubt I'll hear back. I wish I had seen all the warnings here before I ordered. Why haven't they been blacklisted? Too many complaints about credit card fraud with these guys.

I had many pleasant, "friendly" transactions, until one day, I found $80 in charges on my Visa card. After some sleuthing, I discovered they were monthly "membership" charges to two different porn sites. Considering my husband had just found pornographic sites in the history of our computers, I assumed it was my stepson that had stolen my Visa and charged the sites. I filed a dispute with my bank, and got a new card issued. I made a few other purchases over the next few months with no problems,lo and behold, I got nailed with $120 in porn membership charges!!! (My stepson was not in the house at the time and DID NOT have access, AT ALL, to my new card.) NEVER again!! I'm on my 3rd Visa card now. I just reported it stolen the last time to avoid the embarrassment of my bank seeing the porn charges on my statement. .

If you must purchase from them, please protect yourself and use a pre-paid Visa card. You have to be sure the card you get allows you to purchase internationally, because apparently the billing services they use is overseas, hence the $2.10 "foreign transaction fee" with every order. I tried to use a pre-paid Visa I purchased at Wal-Mart and it kept being denied.

They have excellent customer service and their site appears to be secure. I have been using them for over a year with no problems yet..never have waited more than 48 hours. I pray i dont have problems others have had. Right now I rate them the best Ive ever used for Non Narcotic medication. But i will certainly be the first to post when they go bad. Always be cautious with on line pharmacies.

Over the past six weeks, I've ordered two shipments of Tramadol. Both orders were readily processed, shipped and delivered within 3 days from start to finish. Communication was great (via e-mail). You need to watch your spam box as their e-mail can often be filtered (at least in GMail). They only ship via FedEx (around $24 cost), so you can easily track your order (they will deliver an e-mail with tracking info). The quality of the drug has been great (it is the generic derivative of Ultram). On my second order, I needed to have it delivered to another address (as I was visiting relatives). I received a call the day after my order to assure that I wanted it shipped there (essentially they questioned why the billing/shipping address did not match). After explaining the reason, the item was shipped without a problem.

After reading some recent reviews, I will watch my credit card bill (paid with Visa) to assure no extraneous charges are added-on from other sources. However, at this time, I'm a very happy and content customer.

I used FC exclusively for over 2 years
with no problems. Once I was shorted 15 pills by the Pharmacy, but FC gave me a refund for the shorted portion.
My LAST order with them was at the end of Nov 2008. About 1 week later within a 2 day period I had 3 unknown, unauthorized charges on my CC totaling $112.00. After contacting my Bank & closing the account, I did a bit of investigating, and found all the charges were for "Adult Sites." 2 were in the UK, & 1 was in Australia.
My Bank is in the process of doing their own investigation. The KICKER is I ONLY used this card for FC orders. Obviously someone is selling or stealing CC info. There are Posts all over the Web about this on Consumer Rip-Off Sites. I sent FC a rather nasty e-mail(of course I never recieved a reply.) In any case..PLEASE be careful when using Online Pharmacies. Friendly has MANY Affiliate Sites(they all have the same Customer Service number.) I wouldn't trust ANY of them. If you MUST use one, use a Pre-paid Visa that you can buy at any Walgreens or Git & Go, and only load it with enough funds to cover the cost of your meds & the shipping. Or if you can find a decent one..use a Pharmacy that offers COD. I think they should be BLACKLISTED until they resolve this major problem. They are going to lose a LOT of business. Oh, & if you think it can't happen to you..think again!!!

As others have said this used to be a good place to order, but it no longer is. I recently waited 5 days after paying that outrageous next day air charge. Also, when I got the pills they were all busted up and I couldn't use about 1/4 of the order. I had a bad reaction to the medication and have tried to get a refund but no one seems to speak English. This place sucks, stay away from it. Perhaps the wisest thing is to go to a real doctor and can medicine. That's what I'm going to do.

This use to be a good site but my last order I found out they are putting you on memberships that cost 120 dollars a month. When you ask them about it they say it wasn't them when you ask the sites that sign you up they will give you their url and the order number so sounds like they are getting kick back from these sites on these memberships. The site will also tell you if you dispute the charge you will never be able to purchase from friendly clinic again. If it is going to cost 120 dollars a month to be a member it isnt worth it.

I can not believe how unbelievably fast they are. Ordered late, late Sunday night. I got the first "processed" email almost immediately. Waited next day for email about "shipping," which I didn't get, so I was a little concerned, then first thing in the morning on Tuesday the order arrived. Everything was exactly as described. I have never had problems with them. Always fast, accurate, and friendly for me.

This place SUCKS!
They are slow as molasses and are complete idiots customer service.

I have only been able to order one medication for one of my medical conditions. Each time I try to order a different, "legitimate" medication for another of my medical conditions, I am declined. No use trying to get any help from customer service, they are idiots! When I call the toll-free number and explain that I want to speak to someone to inquire why I am delcined, I just get a run-of-the-mill CSR. They don't listen to what I have to say, and all they will do is try to place the order for me over the phone, and what do you know, I am told he/she is very sorry, but the order is declined and cannot be placed. Well, DUH! This I knew before I ever picked up the phone. Yes, the medication is very inexpensive, and the overnight service is the bomb, for my single medication--too bad I don't just have ONE medical condition. I wonder if they would fill the order if it was for Viagra or Cialis instead?

I placed an order a week ago and it has yet to arrive. Every time I inquire about it, they give me a different excuse every time including a "weather calamaty". No one has any answers about anything. I'm beginning to feel like this is a total scam. I asked for a refund for the FedEx overnight shipping and they give me the run around about that. They tell me to "kindly wait for my package and then contact them regarding the shipping refund."
This operation is absolute bullshit. I wasted $125 dollars.

Very speedy service but a week after I received my order, I started getting daily emails from them trying to get me to re-order. They are out of Country - my bank charged me a fee for currency conversion. I should have known better!

I tried to get some information from one of their chat representatives and I was a little curious by the very Indian sounding name when she said she was from salt lake city. So I asked her about the Olympics in Utah and she refused to answer saying it was personal information, after quizzing her on other things I asked her if she had seen the whales in the Great Salt Lake to which she said, no, not this year. I really wouldn't mind getting anything from an overseas pharmacy, but when they blatantly lie about their location it makes me wonder what else they'll lie about. [EDITOR'S NOTE: Just because the customer service staff might be based in India doesn't mean the whole operation is. I doubt this pharmacy is based outside the US otherwise they wouldn't be able to deliver medicines via overnight Fed Ex]

I am so upset about the way a jerk customer service rep treated me. So I sent an email letting them know. They don't care. Never heard from a single email I have sent to them ever. Not so friendly anymore.

No charge for online medical reviews. Then the doctor writes the prescription, for one of the medicines they sell on the website. I have always felt good about doing business with them, they have always been honest. Good luck!
