Strangely organized site, kind of hard to browse products. Medicines were listed by brand name rather than generic ingredient, and a manufacturer is shown, but apparently neither is relevant. For example, they seem to offer three different kinds of Viagra (regular, soft tabs, and super-active) and they name Ranbaxy, Cipla, and "generic" as manufacturers, but not Pfizer, the actual maker of brand-Viagra. Since I'd recently had an experience with 4Rx.com where the pills on the website did not resemble what was shipped, nor were they made by the named manufacturer, I decided that I better ask medsranch.com the question explicitly. So I clicked on the "live help" button and was connected to a representative. Here is the transcript:

You are now chatting with 'Jennifer'
Jennifer: Welcome to Health Services. My name is Jennifer. How can I help you today?
you: Hello, I am looking at the listing for Sildenafil on the medsranch.com website
you: I see that the listing says that it is manufactured by Ranbaxy.
you: Can you affirm that the actual product shipped will be made by Ranbaxy, as stated on the site?
Jennifer: All these medication are generic.
you: So the actual product shipped may be made by someone else?
Jennifer: Yes.
you: Thank you for the clarification
Jennifer: As these medications are generic.
Jennifer: You are always welcome!
Jennifer: Is there any other information I may assist you with ?
you: No thank you.

Because I was only interested in the medicine if it was made by Ranbaxy, I did not place an order. The star-ratings given above are meant to reflect only my experience on their website and with their "live help" representative. Although the answer was not what I wanted to hear, at least they were upfront about it when asked.

If you live in Canada don't bother I placed like 10 orders and got none but they refunded everytime so that's a good sign. Canadian customs checks everything from India, to bad because they're so cheap.

I ordered generic topamax from them for the first time in mid Feb and got my order in a little less than 2 weeks. The price was very good and the meds were packaged well in blister packs. Will order from again. :D

I have ordered from this firm for over two years. On two occasions I have had to have my order re-shipped because I have not received it, however, I have always received it eventually. The only reason that I may stop ordering from them is because the postage has increased so drastically.

My experience with these guys mirrors these other posts except for one. I also ordered xanax from this site and on par with the other reviews here they did not arrive. Of course they are shipping again. I doubt very seriously they were shipped the first time and don't expect to receive them this time either. These guys are a rip off.

I contacted this company several times since the beginning of March and they had reshipped my meds twice now. After contacting them again, they wanted to reship them again. Sounds like a scam if you ask me. They will say each time that it will be reshipped and it probably never was. Steer clear. I would. If I could put zero's for the ratings I would.

Good prices. Website checkout process is a little long but once order goes through, its pretty easy. Recently ordered xanax and got that in 3 weeks. Thought that was a bit long but that seems to be average from where they ship from. Product was effective. When I originally signed up, I got this coupon: NEW10CUST. Not sure it it still works and moderator.. please remove the coupon number if it is against the rules of board.
