Dubious reliability. COMMENTS RECEIVED ON THIS REVIEW: They took my money too and said UPS lost the package..They would not reship or refund my money when they provided me with a BOGUS tracking number.

THANKS JOHN PAUL. THIS SUCKS. I HAVE A CREDIT CARD THAT YOU LOAD AS NEEDED. I HAVENT TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK YET, THOUGH-THOUGHT I WAS SOL. I THOUGHT PDP WAS OKAY UNTIL ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO. I THINK THEY GOT TOO GREEDY AND SHOULD HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY NEW CUSTOMERS FOR A WHILE. THINK THEY SCREWED THEMSELVES.

This is for anyone that is waiting for meds from PDP. You can't get them on the phone and i have not been able to access the website. I called my CC company and they revered charges for meds and doctor consult. I would suggest doing the same to anyone who reads this. Do a search for PDP and you will find the same results. Good Luck to all!!

I am wondering why customer service always has a busy signal. The website is still up but no new activity. If anyone has any insight into PDP, if they have been shut down, etc. I would really appreciate it!! John Paul, if you get any satisfaction from your credit company, and if they have any info, let us know!!

I posted a few weeks ago about my PDP order. It's been 12 weeks and still nothing on my recent reorder. The web site is still operational but cannot get through to customer service. I just disbuted the charges with my bank and they are going to investigate for fraud. Hopefully I'll get a refund or PDP will have to make good on the order and deliver. The charges have already been reversed and I'll have word in 45 days (takes so long)if they are still in business or just ripping people off. I'll let everyone here know of the results. Let me know if anyone has ant questions. Motivationally speaking, I WILL NOT BE WALKED ON!!!

This will be my 3rd and final post on PDP. My credit card was charged way back on 8/24/07 and still nada. After 3 months of waiting and the fact that they don't seem to be accepting calls is a fairly good indication that we are S.O.L. A Very expensive lesson learned. Does anyone out there know of any more reliable web-based pharmacies that deal in pain meds? Any help will be appreciated.

I HAVE BEEN USING PDP FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND UP UNTIL RECENTLEY HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. HOWEVER,THE LAST 2 TIMES I'VE ORDERED REFILLS THE WAITING TIME HAS BEEN EXTREMELY LONG!(4-6 WEEKS MINIMUM)
MY LAST ORDER WAS PLACED ON 9/27/07 AND I'M STILL WAITING! THE LAST TIME THAT I WAS ACCTUALLY ABLE TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP,(10/18/07), I WAS ASSURED THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE FILLED SOON AND THAT THEY HAD RECENTLY AQQUIRED A COUPLE OF ADDITIONAL PHARMACIES TO HELP WITH THE VERY LONG LIST OF ORDERS.
SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE BECAUSE ALL OF THEIR LINES ARE BUSY, 24-7! DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS?!?!

Has anyone been able to get through? Customer service numbers have been busy for over a week. I was told I now need a re-consult as my last refill went over 6 months---they have my 209.00 and I cant get through to schedule an appt.Very frustrating!!!!

I posted my order status a couple weeks ago. I'm still waiting to see if the order will arrive. Customer service assures me it will....eventualy. Yes, the website is still operating and so are the customer service lines, however they must be overwelmed with orders and no pharmacy to fill them. I was offered a refund if I wanted to cancel my order, I'm just hoping enough other customers do so they can process the order quicker. I would be curious to know if any other reviewers have recieved there orders yet. I'll check back in a couple weeks...8 weeks now and still waiting.

I have been ordering scripts from P.D.P. since Feb. of 07. At first every order came the next day, however, since my last refill in Aug. that took 10 days. Now my new order which (incl. doctor consult) is approved but still pending printing at pharmacy, it has been going on 6 weeks. (since Oct.2)I too, have been billed and contemplating reversing charges on my credit card. This morning I called customer service and found the number is "Out of Service". I'll be curious to see if any other customers here get there meds that have been waiting longer than me. I'll post again and keep you all informed of any status change. Going to check out website now. I'll be back................ ADDITIONAL COMMENTS ON THIS REVIEW: I placed an order on August 8th and still don't have my medication. I have gotten a run-around from them every time I called (which has been about once a week). Now I call customer service and all I get is a busy signal. SCAM!!! I too have been waiting since they billed me Oct 6th. Any number you cal anytime of day is busy. they cllose up and move away? I too would like to know if anyone is receiving prescriptions from them. I had published a review 6 weeks ago voicing my displeasure at having to wait. 10 weeks in and they still can't tell me anything. I finally got one of the CSR's to tell me that they only have the current capacity to send out 30 scrips a day. With 1000's of orders, you can see where that could be a problem. This is no way to do business. The only reason I haven't canceled the order is I now have this weird curiosity as to how long this will actually take. I'll keep you posted.

The choice for speed of delivery should have 0 as a rating choice, not just 1-5. We're in our 6th week of waiting for the meds. I noticed they wasted no time in charging my CC. Their "customer service" department will not give an ETA because they say it varies from state-to-state. The amount I paid (almost $150) for a 30-day supply was high and they don't accept insurance, as far as I can tell. For that amount, I would think that they would get you what you paid for in a timely manner. Not so. Speaking with a supervisor gives no relief either as they tell you the same thing that the CSR's say. I originally thought this might be a scam, and now it seems as though it may be the case. I don't believe they fully understand the concept of filling prescriptions, but they are aware of how to make a buck. For me, it was an expensive lesson learned.

My credit card was hit for my order 4 weeks and 4 days ago. My status has not changed. It still is in Queue to Print at Pharmacy. When you call in to get an ETA, you get NOTHING. They refuse to give you a time frame. I suffer from chronic back pain and I thought this would be a hassle-free way to go about getting my meds, but it has been a joke for the onset. Almost 5 weeks in and still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.
