We are beginning to suspect that some of the positive reviews left for this pharmacy are 'shill' reviews, i.e. fake reviews written by Top Pharmacy themselves posing under a fake email address. I have made a dozen orders with toppharmacy. Generic Xanax 1mg and roche valium 10mg. Every single pill has been top notch quality, (I KNOW MY FAKES) and properly blister stripped and strong as they should be. I do not believe the latest reviews are by genuine customers more likely competitors trying to make toppharmacy look bad. Their customer service is second to none, the best i've ever experienced (in about 6 online pharmacies) and delivery time via parcel force is faster than a speeding bullet. Always online tracking then when in the country here without fail in 24 hours. I simply fail to believe that they have ever sent out fake pills and I am still receiving genuine, grade A medication. I believe the below comments are simply made by competitors. As for price? yes the valium has gone up but still at least one third cheaper than anyone else and Roche is brand name after all. Xanax has stayed the same price. Have faith, anyone with anxiety issues need look no further than toppharmacy, throughout every stage of the journey from india to you're doorstep, you can rest assured. I certainly dont believe the below hoaxers.

Trust me, I need, and I know, I trust and I am rewarded.

I live in the UK so was pleasantly surprised to receive my order from the Indian company in just over a week. Since then i have ordered again and have had the same super fast delivery. I cannot fault Top Pharmacy. Jacqueline Forister is extremely helpful and gives great customer support and i will definitely be ordering again. 10 out of 10!

As usual packaging was superb as was the products.

The Customer Service (jacqueline) was excellent and she is so professional and and good at her job.

Like the previous posters I read the good reviews on here and spent my money on x60 Valium.
Got them 2 month's later after getting them to send again after not receiving anything the first time.
They are fake and made me feel really ill!
I have long panic attacks that last all day I thought I could save money by buying the generics on-line.
I had a horrible attack because the pills are fake, never again.

I ordered 30 Vicodin , there as fake as Pam's Breasts.
Felt nothing and when I split one, there's shiny bits like glass in them, not good.

I have had the same experience as Justin (review dated 23/02/2010) I tried this website after seeing all the positive reviews it had. The medication arrived promptly, however it has no effect at all. I have taken this medication often, and I have never had a time when it did not work. As it is a sleep aid it is obvious if it is working or not. I can only assume therefore that this is FAKE medication. As of todays date I have contacted their customer services to request a refund. I will update this post when i find out if the matter has been resolved.

My first order came in about two weeks. Considering I am in Australia this was great. The second order was seized by Australian Customs. I spoke and exchanged numerous emails with the lovely customer service rep Jacqueline. She did everything to sort this out. She resent the order and I recieved it today Top pharmacy were great and the product good. The issues of delivery was out of their hands. Highly reccomended!

I have been reading the very interesting story from George. What a confused guy.
I had a look at the the link you posted re: Jpee Xanax and you should note that this is just a sample of their products as are the quantities. I should know as I have personally received Jpee 2mg and they work just fine. I have also tried the Upjohn Brand and there is little if no difference in efficacy.
As regards Valium, you have built up a tolerance because Valium is 10 x weaker than Ativan and 20 x weaker than Rivitrol and Xanax. I suspect this is something not realised by yourself and maybe your Doctor. Perhaps you should fire him.
The problem with Buspar is that it is not a Benzodiazepine and therefore will not help your Valium Problem. It also takes about 2 weeks to start to work much like an anti-depressent so immediiate relief from anxiety is impossible with this drug.

I am pleased you are feeling better and please free to post again if you feel further advice is required.

Regarding the prices, it is obviously your choice to spend money as you choose. Personally I find Top Pharmacy very competitive compared to others.

Finally, these are just my personal opinions and perhaps you might make it clear that yours are the same.

I was just like any customer, read the pharmacyreviewer.com user reviews. Decided TopPharmacy could be trusted and submitted order for Ambien (Zolpidem).

Paid via Western Union (anxious about that) but received non-descript package in the mail a couple of weeks later.

Drugs are blister-pack sealed and look the real deal but are , in fact, fake! Absolutely no effect, even when taking multiple doses.

I looked closer at the packaging and the drug's name is spelt incorrectly (Zolpidam?)

Definitely will not be using Top Pharmacy again.

I ordered Valium (10 mg tabs) last November from Top Pharmacy and was very pleased. However, they are greatly increasing the prices of this product (and other products as well). On my first order I paid $90 USD for 90 tabs. On my second order I paid $ 140 dollars for the same 90 tabs. Now, I see they are demanding $ 170 and this is simply outrageous. I will not do anymore business with Top Pharmacy. Also, I visited my doctor because my tolerance quickly grew and he has been gradually reducing the Valium and prescribed me the anti-anxiety drug Buspar. And I feel much better now!!! So why should I be robbed by these people when my medical plan covers a much better anti-anxiety drug, Buspar, for free!?

Also, there was the gentleman who claims he received fake 2 mg Xanax from Top Pharmarcy. I did a little homework on the company in India called jpee drugs and sure enough, they only manufacture 0.5 mg and 1 mg Xanax, they do NOT manufacture 2 mg Xanax. Once you go to this link you will clearly see they do not manufacture 2 mg Xanax tablets.

So, my view is that Top Pharmacy are getting people hooked on very addictive drugs such as Xanax, Ativan, Valium etc...
and then jacking up the prices to make huge profits.... how very sad...

I ordered the Valium because my father died suddenly and I was struck with tremendous grief - now I realize that I cannot run away from the loss with addictive drugs like Valium to numb the emotional pain - it doesn't work - it just makes the problem worse...

Also, what Top Pharmacy is doing is perfectly illegal - even my doctor told me so ...

So get off the Benzos folks - and see your doctor and ask about Buspar.... it is truly working wonders for me and helping me deal with the loss in a constructive, rather than a destructive way,,,,

Sorry, I've lost all respect for Top Pharmacy - notice how their website claims their rating is 4.5/5, when it is actually 3.9/5....very misleading...

I was a bit anxious when I placed my order, as it was the first time I had ever used an online pharmacy. These were relieved though, almost as soon as I placed my order, thanks to the wonderful Jacqueline who was there to answer any questions or queries I had. The customer service was backed up with a very speedy delviery, with my pills arriving a week after I placed the order. I ordered 1mg generic xanax and they work just great!

I have received the second portion of my order in great condition. like i said in my previous review, i requested them to make separate shipments as to minimize loss etc. Jacqueline stays in touch with you until you are completely happy with your order. Xanax and Ambien from both local and India are real. the india order sat in customs for about 2 weeks but that is ok. great service and great products.

The name says it all - Top Pharmacy is definately TOPS with me. I have placed 2 orders now, and both have arrived quickly to Canada with no problems at all. Other pharmacies I have used in the past have either disappeared, been unreliable, or supplied fake products. But TOP Pharmcy provided me with genuine pills in safe blister packs, at good prices and with excellent customer service. I have personally spoken to their head of customer service, Jacqueline, and she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. She actually checked up on my orders on her own to see if I had received them in a timely fashion. I have never had an online pharmacy do that before. These people actually seem to care that you will continue to do business with them instead of just taking your money as others do. I definately will continue doing business with them, and I am very grateful that they are able to supply me with a product that is not yet available in Canada. I would totally recommend this pharmacy to anyone without any reservations.

Johnny, I'm really suprised that you received fake medication, did you contact them?. I'm sure they will be able to rectify the problem as our order is definitely not fake and works effectively as the ones our doctors prescribe here in the UK. I would recommed you definitely get in touch with Jacqueline. This was my first order with them and although we have not gone through the whole batch, they seem to work very well. All the best and hope the problem gets resolved as know it can be frustrating when you have medication that's not effective.

This pharmacy online service is the best and would higly recommend it. The follow up calls from Jacqueline were above and beyond of exceptional customer service. I made my order online, received a courtesy call and once the payment was processed my order arrived within a week. I was skeptical about ordering online as there are too many choices and it can be rather stressing and confusing. I had no problems or complications and will most definitely continue to use this pharmacy. If you have any concerns over the order, you make a call or send Jacqueline an email and she responds immediately.I would never vouch for anyone let alone a medical supplier that was not safe or legitimate so trust me when I say you are in safe hands with Jacqueline and Top Pharmacy. I ordered two different medications which had to be packaged and posted sparately for obvious reasons. They were posted 1 week apart and arrived 1 week apart. This just demonstrates the quality and consistency of the postal system used. It normally takes 9-10 days from India to the UK.

As usual the tablets were of superb quality including the generic 2mg Xanax challenged by an earlier poster.

Jacqueline kept me 'up to speed' throughout including early advice of Tracking Numbers.

Again, superlative service and highly recommended.

If you are a returning customer, Jacqueline will do everything possible to accommodate you even in locations difficult to ship to. I placed and received a small order months ago and it was great. Now that there are some countries with new restrictions on certain medications, i was unsure so i called up and she did everything to make sure i got what i needed. since this time i placed a larger order, i requested multiple shipments as to avoid loss etc... i just received my first shipment and it was great! I don't think they take CC payment from certain locations so I paid via method they requested as i can fully trust this company with my money and REAL products.

i placed my second order on the 8th of january and i recieved 1st part within a week to the UK..i am waiting on the second part of my order but i was told it would take little bit longer for that certain medication..i am very happy with jaqueline..she calls and lets me know about my order and she knew i needed the first part in a hurry and she really did make sure i got it IN A HURRY..wonderful customer service like i said in my first review i have great trust in jaqueline..and know that i will receive what i pay for..thank u again..will be making another order very soon..:*)

This is my swecond review of TopPharmacy.com
Just when you find a reputable source for quality meds, they stop delivery to the US.
I ordered Phentermine 37.5 mg 90 tablets from TopPharmcy.com and paid a very reasonable price. Although there were some problems using Visa, and having to substitute Western Union a few days later, I was very happy to finally receive the meds. The packaging was "interesting" to say the least. The pills came in a plastic wrap inserted into a brown, hand-addressed" envelope which appeared to have very enigmatic handwriting. That made me concerned. I have been dealing with on-line pharmacies since 2002, and frankly you just never know what to expect.
Well, the Phentermine 37.5 mg were in fact, very effective.

Even more important than that, and the reviews on this site and elsewhere, bare out my point, and that is,
Jacqueline in customer service is without question, A POWERHOUSE of reliability.
How one person can do all she does to keep up with all the emails and phone calls amazed me. My order did in fact take quite a while to clear customs and arrive (maybe three weeks) but Jacqueline kept up with my constant nagging and even followed up with a "post-delivery" quality asssurance call.

Now here's the killer:
Just when you find a reputable and reasonbly priced source for meds, they stop shipping to the US. I mean, in just two short days of assuring myself I had received what I paid for, in sharp contrast to other online pharmacies, TopPharmacy.com stops shipping to the US. It's as if there were a conspiracy:
Find something good, remove it from availability.

I cannot speak to the negative complaints by others, but I think the everall positive ratings attest to the fact that TopPharmacy.com can be trusted.
I just wish they would have been able to continue shipping to the US.

This is my second review of Toppharmacy following my second order. I was of course apprehensive placing my first order but after I received the product (Valium) I was very impressed.
In the past I have ordered Xanax from various websites which all seem to be linked to s@1EUR-supp0rt or more recently a new site to do with cyber pay (I'm deliberatly not going to blurt out the sites). The Xanax provided came in a shrink wrapped bag, pills broken and a friend and I in despair actually took 5 2mg tablets each just to see if there was any effect after both having complete non reactions from them everytime we tried. These must have been made of chalk.

HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!! The Generic Xanax : Alprazolam - from the Indian Pharmacy I ordered from Toppharmacy cannot be faulted. It comes properly packaged, well within a use by date, the delivery was quick (I live in the UK) and most importantly IT WORKS!!!!

Therefore yet again I give Toppharmacy and Jacqueline 5 stars all round - faultless service! Thank you. I will be placing my 3rd order shortly and hope to stay a loyal customer to Toppharmacy for a long time!

Extremely helpful support from Jacqueline Becker at the office, who follows through the order with questions - she also prevented my mistake which would have led to my credit card being charged twice, so thanks very much for that!

The medication arrived in about 3.5 weeks (to the UK) but that was over christmas, i think it would have come quicker otherwise. It seems to work fine.

Seems to be a very good service, shall be using again.

Ordered phentermine from India and received it in record time. The product is not as strong as I had with doctor prescription. I mentioned this to Jacklyn, so hopefully I'll get a stronger batch. If not, I'll continue to double up the dosage. Overall, I've been pleased with this pharmacy.

I have been using this Pharmacy for about 4/5 months and as previously indicated found them to be excellent in all area's.

However, the speed of delivery and general efficiency by Jacqueline in terms of my latest order has really pushed the boundaries of Customer Service to an altogether higher level.

I was absolutely stunned when the order placed just before Christmas was delivered today (05/01/10).

I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone and cannot understand the Negative Comments posted by other Customers. Particularly the comments about the IT system being down for a couple of days; well let me tell you I have worked for Blue Chip Multi-National Companies and believe me it can happen to the best of them!

I would also challenge the post about the 2mg Jpee Xanax Tablets. I have tried these tablets and compared them against the 2mg 'Brand Version' and found no difference in efficacy and both were equally Potent. May I suggest this poster takes more time to research Jpee before making negative comments which does not reflect well on this great Pharmacy. Perhaps evidence could be supplied to support these spurious claims.

Finally, I will place another order imminently and after trying many 'on-line' Pharmacies I can tell you from bitter experience this is the best you will find.

Emails, telephone messages etc are dealt with quickly and even better you have the reassurance of speaking to the unassailable Jacqueline.
