I had a brand name medication on my doorstep in 4 days. (From Hong Kong to Colorado!) I was very impressed with how fast my order was processed and while I paid the $25 for expedited delivery, I still got it much sooner than I expected.

The only con that I can think of is that I didn't get an email that my order had shipped nor was there any tracking information.

Very impressed indeed I have been a user of Inhouse for almost a year and decided to give United a try, what can I say just 6 working days after placing my order it was delivered! There prices are very good siterone for example at InHouse is £38 for 50x50mg tablets where as at United it is £25. Also there Microgest is £31 for 100x100mg as opposed to InHouse's £38.

My biggest regret is not having brought from them sooner! I gave customer service and reliability a 4 because I have not used there customer services and ordered only once so rating 5 out of 5 is a bit much at the moment.

I also got sent a free 7 day pill dispenser to hold my weekly supply in. Well done United-Pharmacies!

I have ordered now 5 times, meds are real, delivered everytime within 14days, average 10days shipped out of Hong kong and each time im sent a tracking number. Once I didn´t recieve a confirmation e-mail, and after 4days I e-mailed them, and very promptly recieved a polite reply with the confirmation and tracking number.

they do exactly what they say they do.

I have no idea how anyone could write a bad review- certainly no complaints here.

I am very impressed by this pharmacy. I ordered 10 x 7.5mg Zopiclone. The cost was £4 plus £5 for airmail. From order to delivery took 8 days:

02/Feb/2010 ~ 10pm GMT Placed Order
03/Feb/2010 ~ 2am GMT Received order confirmation email
10/Feb/2010 Received the delivery. It was sent by airmail from Hong Kong.

The medicine is generic, in blister packs and has manufacturers details and batch number so is not fake. The expiry date is in 2012.

I have placed a further order to confirm that this is the level of speed and service they always provide.

Again, am very impressed and do recommend them.

Can't believe some of the bad reviews on here! Sorry to hear that they've had bad experiences, but I have nothing but great things to say about this site. I've placed 3 orders with them and I have to say the drugs ARE shipped 24- 48 hours later. Only took me 10 days to receive the package, the drugs I've gotten all appear to be real and work fine. The Customer service was great; they replied my email within 1 day.

My only complaint is that their drug selection is sort of limited. But if they have what you want, DEFINITELY give them a try!

Very good prices. I don't remember getting a confirmation email after my order but I could have missed it. It took 12 days for delivery to USA. Packaging says it was shipped from Hong Kong. I haven't tried the meds but they look authentic. Expiration date of one of the meds was 5 months from now -- I would have preferred a few more months before it expired. I never tried calling or emailing customer service, so I can't comment on this.

Firstly, apologies.
I thought I had been done! However, I have received my order and did get a prompt response back via email.

Perhaps I was not patient enough. Considering Christmas period and issues with snow in the UK. As every, one needs to be careful what one reads online - clearly WIKIPEDIA is not always accurate.

I now question the validity of both of these sites.

People who get scammed need to pay attention to details, and not blame the wrong site. Paying attention to details like a site's exact web address will help keep you from getting scammed again. Scammers purposely use names very similar to legit businesses.

It's also not fair to blame a good site that others depend on for what a bad site did to you, and certainly serves no purpose to call other reviewers, such as myself, liars.

My last post regarding my order was on the 16.12.09

But I did in fact; finally get a confirmation email albeit a week late...

And my HRT order was split into 2 packages, and both came through fine/safe within an 18 day time frame. So for me they have delivered as promised, well packaged.

United cannot be beaten on prices, as to the issue of counterfeit meds, even the UK NHS suffers from generic counterfeits....

(Crime syndicates in Asia are highly-proficient at seeding fakes)... so this is a challenge for all meds users...

And as they say....if in doubt, don't!

Ordered on 12/16, processed on 12/17 (according to packing slip), and delivered on 12/29! (That's 8 days not including X-mas, X-mas Eve, and Sundays.) Brand name Zithromax, which is what I ordered, in original boxes and sealed blister packs with product leaflets (not in English) and exp. date of May 2013.

Received e-mail confirming order, but no e-mail confirming processing and shipment was the only "problem". Definitely would order from unitedpharmacies.com again, if the need arises.

Have been a regular customer in the past, and no problem back in Jan 09.

I ordered HRT meds three days ago, no longer any confirmation emails, despite email request.....(though promised within 24hrs).... so have to wait now for two weeks to see if United deliver?

They will of course have taken my money.

I will post again if no delivery arrives.

I placed 2 separate orders with United Pharmaceuticals. One was for a skin cream called Temovate, which I routinely use to treat my psoriasis. The site said it would be delievered within 14 days; I got it after 6 days. I also ordered Depsert, a generic version of Zoloft. I got that in 16 days (delivery time 7-14 days). Both orders were sent in their original packages, they showed no signs of being opened or tampered with. I did not get patient information for either drug, but it was O.K. because I had been taking both these meds for years, and knew what to expect. I also firmly believe that both these drugs were not fake because the Temovate worked just as well as the type I purchased from a pharmacy here in the U.S., and the Depsert actually seemed to work better than the generic sertraline purchased from a U.S. pharmacy.

I ordered Zopicon generic. The first time I only ordered 20 to see what happened. Email within 24 hours of order (they are in a different timezone. After a week I emailed and got a reply next day to say my order had been sent and giving a tracking number for Hong Kong post. It left Hong Kong on 18 September and was delivered in UK on 23 in a little box with a description of Health Product. I orderered again on 28 September and no confirmation email this time but my order was described on website as 'queued'. I emailed twice and eventually got a reply to say they had sent a confirmatory email and my order had been despatched, again with a tracking number. It left Hong Kong on 2 Oct and was delivered today 12 Oct. The Zopiclone is genuine and works just like the Zimmovane branded.

I would recommend United Pharmacies although their admin is a little wonky. I would also say that both orders still show on their website as 'queued'. I reckon it takes the full 14 days from ordering to be delivered in UK. However, we do have a partial postal strike at the moment, so I don't know if that is affecting deliveries.

Will definitely order again.

I had bought Dutas from United Pharmacies and found the medication to be ineffective compared to previous orders. Request for refund went unanswered. Strangely, the medication came from Hong Kong instead of India. Maybe they have fake suppliers in China. Ordered Dutas from 4rx.com and its efficacy can be seen within a month of administration. Will never order from United Pharmacies again.

A friend and I tried United Pharmacies. We received the product in time and we compared it with the description we found on other websites and it matched. Also, I had ordered too many and asked them to cancel my order: they answered my query the day after and returned the money straight away. They seem reliable and efficient.

I wrote the review below a bit too fast! After taking the medicine I received from United Pharmacies for a few days it became entirely clear that it did not work and is counterfeit. As the saying goes: if it looks too good to be true, it more than likely is. Buyer beware.

My order arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, very quick. My biggest complaint is there is no customer service, not bad, just none. First, I receive no order confirmation. Was the order placed? Processed? Shipped? After filling out website contact forms, sending emails and making phone calls to both the US and UK offices I have not received one reply.
People rely on these medications and need confirmation that their order has been given attention, otherwise they will find a more reliable source. I was about to order my meds from another company when my UP order arrived at my door.
Thanks for the fast shipping, but let your customers know you are in business.

My order arrived in reasonable time and was complete.
However despite in the past being happy with their service they now engage in dubious practices.

I used a unique email address on my order containing the phrase unitedpharmacies which some time after my order had arrived appeared on other online pharmacy spam lists world wide. It is clear that they sold / gave away / leaked my email address to others for the purposes of sending SPAM.

This is clearly not the type of thing a reputable company does.

We tried calling their UK number which went to voicemail and left them a voicemail. They didn't return calls. We called their US number which went to voicemail. They didn't return the call. We called the UK number for hairpharmacy one of their other companies (now branded United Pharmacies too) that number diverted to a New Zealand man who sounded flustered and like he was in the gym. He seemed very unhappy to get a call and claimed he had nothing to do with United Pharmacies. (why then is the UK number on their website diverting all the way to his mobile in New Zealand - oh yeah United Pharmacies is in New Zealand.. no connection with the company mate.. gimme a break..) That number, still on their website is now disconnected. They also haven't responded to emails.

Although our order did arrive, they leaked our email address which is now useless as its on a spam list and if you do want to contact them its worryingly difficult and they do now seem somewhat shady...

They've become very flaky and unresponsive. The last two orders I placed were shipped incomplete without any explanation even though they charged my CC for the full amount! It happened again this week and I haven't heard back from anyone yet...try finding another pharmacy because these people are getting worse.

As far as their medicines, I'd say it's genuine - made in New Zealand.

I bought Trichozole (Metronidazol) - 200mg (100 Tablets) from that online Pharmacy.I use Metronidazol since several years. I always get the common side effect of the genuine Metronidazol:oral ulceration.But I do not get no side effects from that one bought from Unitedpharmacies.So I bought Trichozole again from the local pharmacy: and I got the oral ulceration again. So the Trichozole bought from Unitedpharmacies is fake.

I've tried so many online pharmacies so I've seen more scams than Scotland Yard. When I found United Pharmacies, I tried them out with a small order which was delivered in 5 days (ordered monday - arrived saturday) although most deliveries take about a week. There website can be a bit awkward at first as they don't sort by condition - easy answer, go to another pharmacy site, see what meds they have for your condition then go back to United Pharmacies and type the med you want in the search box. While I've just found another site that could supply an order UP couldn't do, they are coming up a close second. Couple of things to watch for though - United Pharmacies UK are in Hong Kong so remember they're not working during the Chinese Festivals (I made that mistake at the last Chinese New Year - sent loads of emails and got no replies - but they were very apologetic when they returned. I've had one order that was slightly delayed but otherwise, these guys are tops.

I received my order after 1 week, and the medicine was exactly what I ordered. It works as expected, no unpleasant side effects - appears to be the genuine artice. Also, the medicine arrived discreetly packaged in a jiffy bag. Yes, it did come from Hong Kong. I will buy form this pharmacy again.

I am rewriting a review that I placed below. Beware: I went with United because they were highly rated and Aussie. Well, the drugs come out of China Hong Kong to be exact. So this should really be listed as a Chinese Pharmacy. I did quickly receive the order and they were responsive with inquiring emails. The issue I had is the Dilantin I received was not blister packed but arrived in bottles with no seal nor even cotton-just loose in a bottle with no inserts. I took one pill and got qute a strange headache and stopped taking as I think the medicine is counterfeit. Could just be filled with baking soda for all I know.

United to their credit said that the medicine should not arrive loose in the bottle and would credit my charge card-still waiting on that.

Yes,fast delivery,great prices,but unfortunately fake medecine.

They send from China, without prescription ,you never get a leaflet

(selling pills without leaflets,as Unitedpharmacies does,sorry even if you do not have any experience with pharmaceutics,this is illegal,and not realistic.
Do you really thing that pharmaceutical manufacturers sell their medecine without explaining the possible risks of side effects by taking their medecine?
If it were like that they would be ruined by all the trials and indemnification they would have to pay.
Cause a leaflet is a contract between the patient and the manufacturer.Buy getting the leaflet you agree to the risk of the side effects on the leaflet when taking the medecine.So you do not have to pay an indemnification,if you get a side effect written on the leaflet.
All the medecine I got from Unitedpharmacies was without leaflet.Which is very,very likely to be fake.But you will not get some side effect from that,cause they are fakes.

And I analysed one pill of an antibiotic I got from them.I studied pharmaceutics at University,(I am from Austria).The pill was only made of the coat.

So good prices,fast delivery,respond to all emails,(they even gave me my money back after I told them about the fakes) but unfortunately a counterfeint selling company.

I sent an email Wed. at 11:30am inquiring about Tamiflu and received a reply the next day indicating that they were out of stock but sending me a link to their UK website which has a generic version available. I have used this pharmacy before and found them to easy to work with and my orders filled promptly.

Received half of order after 2 months with a note that they were out of stock. They refused to refund difference.... well I guess "refused" is incorrect since they never responded to any emails or calls over 3 months time. There are so many better choices than this "pharmacy" online, I would go elsewhere with your business.

Ordered Nodict and Piracetam which was indicated as in stock. Never heard from them. In five days asked what the problem was and they answered that Nodict was out of stock but they did send Piracetam (I never received any confirmation, even checked spam). Nodict was the main reason I made this order. They did not discuss with me what to do, I never received any apologies. By the way their site still indicates that Nodict is in stock. They never updated this one. A very bad experience for me.

Placed ordered on 03/21. Received order confirmation on 03/23 with estimated shipping of 7 to 14 days.

As promised the order arrived on 04/03 (Phoenix, US) without any issues from Hong Kong !!! Couldn't have asked for more. Shipping price seems to be the cheapest around, and the processing time is real fast. Will definitely recommend this online pharmacy.

Have used United Pharmacies for several years. Shipped to NY, USA w/ no problem. Arrives discrete and as ordered. Everything I've ordered seems legitimate, not fakes. I've ordered with several companies prior to this but got fake pills (very realistic looking though, it's amazing how easy it is to manufacture fakes... foil-seals, printed expiration dates and all). The hardest part (and most important) thing about sourcing through the Internet is to get actual quality medication. United Pharmacies seems to be it.

I have never had any real problems with this site, one time I ordered something that was out of stock and a mistake was made they promptly gave a refund and I made a new order. I have used this site many many times the only downside which is a small downside is longish delivery times 7-14 days although one of my orders came in just 6 days, all the others have come within the stated 2 weeks delivery time never later. Despite saying it's based in the UK the packages come from further abroad explaining some of the lengthy arrival times, the medications are legitimate and made by genuine pharmaceutical manufacturers. I highly recommend this site. Salmans review is highly unfair especially acting like its the brits fault when it isn't completely based in britain and part of the blame is on him.

Have ordered from them for a few years now. They have a really good guy in cust svc. Orders do occasionally go astray for some reason, but they reship immediately - no questions asked. Dely is 2 to 2-1/2 weeks to US, so it takes a while.
