No longer reliable it seems. Reasonable selection of generic drugs (no brand drugs here).

Good prices but you may never get your medicines or hear from them after you've paid.

Seems to have become less reliable lately. If you want to take a chance they have cheap prices. Allow 2 weeks for shipping to the US, Canada or Europe.

I decided to test horizon in December 2009; since most complaints were from 2008. I paid via XOOM money transfer and verified that the money was picked up from someone in Costa Rica. My order status changed from HOLD to PENDING; but never to shipped. I wrote numerous emails to ALL of their email addresses and never got a response. As of now, never got the product and had to write off the money.

I was majorly ripped off by Horizon Drugs. Lost about $400 U.S. dollars.

Hello,

Keep your hands of! I ordered some medicine in January and payed using euro debit. Never heard from them again even after sending 10+ emails to several accounts. Can't get my money back because I did not use a creditcard but sent the money directly to some bank account in Germany.
DONT'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING AT HORIZONDRUGS!!!

Ordered and paid with credit card on Feb 9th...as of April 29th still no merhandise, no reply to customer service emails and no refund.
Blacklist these crooks.

I ordered back in January and haven't received a thing. I have emailed several times with no response. I had to do a charge back to my credit card, fortunately that worked. I would definitely steer clear. I have already contacted this site asked for them to be removed and blacklisted but they are back. DO NOT USE, unless you want to end up with a huge headache.

While the prices are great, they never answer emails or phone calls to their "excellent" customer service department. Charged my credit card month ago and still no shipping...worried they may have closed shop and taken the $$$ with tham.

I used this once before and they were great. But recently I have ordered a few things from them and it has taken forever for it even to get filled. I waited a month for an inhaler. I still haven't gotten it and I ordered it Jan. 27th and it didn't get approved until Feb. 20th or so. I am also waiting for another but I got charged but no approval yet. It just takes way too long. I haven't gotten any responses from them on the emails I sent regarding this issue. Has anyone used them lately?

I was the first to review this site and was a little scared but my medications came within the time they said. They were not as expensive as buying them from a regular pharmacy without any insurance. I will use them again.
