This outfit is a severe rip-off. I placed an order in October after reading an oline rating (probably fabricated) and received a reply saying Fedex could not deliver to my address (GFedex seems to get plenty of other deliveries down here - I'm in south-eastern Australia.) So I replied several times, offering alternative postal addresses, but never received my order - or the courtesy of a reply, However, they were very quick to debit my Visa card not just once (around US$430) but TWICE.

I have been patient and complained, to no avail; I have now raised a dispute via Visa, but at the moment I am about US$800 out of pocket with these crooks.

Don't go near them.
