Based upon my experience with this group, they have an excellent customer service. However, it seems that delivery of shipments by regular mail as usual as not as realiable as by registered airmail.
All in all I would recommend them and do business again with them. However I would prefer shipments with a tracking number for greater accountability. Yet they argue that delivery of packages by regular mail are less likely to be rejected or held up by customs.

I ordered Vardenafil Soft tablets, 20mg, by regular mail without a tracking number. The package did not arrive in the deadline and I got a refund from their customer service. This week, around 21 days after the delivery deadline the package arrived. It was very well packed and it's high quality.
