I placed an order for Phentermine on 04/26/2012. I used MC to pay and received a automated email reply saying my order had been received and they would contact me whenit was processed and shipped. Well,a few days go by and I check my order status which remains unchanged and my credit card uncharged. I emailed them inquiring about an update and they responded saying that they no longer accept MC or AMEX and that I could replace he order using VISA or cancel it. I replaced it online again using VISA and once again received an email saying we received your order and we will email an update within a few hours. 2 days later and no email update, no charge or authorization on my VISA and no change in order status on their site. I will call them Monday and follow up and repost any further information I can gather at that time in this forum.

I e-mailed CS regarding my order and received a reply today apologizing for the delay and promising to e-mail me as soon as order is shipped. Can't say I'm thrilled by this , but they have yet to charge or authorize my CC and frankly I expect that they could have just blown me off if they do desired. The fact that they bothered to reply to me gives me a glimmer of hope. I'll continue to update as new information becomes available.

My cc issuer called me to report that they had declined a suspicious charge from what they thought was a Chinese Vendor. I decided to just let it go at that point. Although my cc issuer told me they would allow the charge to go through if I so desired and I said yes. I received an e-mail fro Trust-Pharm noting that the charge had been declined and that should I wish to replace my order I should call them with new cc information. I forgot about the whole thing until I received a call today from within the US from TP asking me if I still wanted the order and I told them I had spoken with my cc issuer and to go ahead and send the order out. I will watch my cc online to see if the charge goes through and will report back if and when I receive product or initiate a chargeback

Also , they are the same IOP as RXPharma24HS. Which has many, many bad reviews on this site!
If you order anything from these folks be sure to pay by CC because you will likely end up disputing the charges!
